Good location but not well managed
I found new management this year No supervision in any dept.dining room clean our own table while employees were on cellular and mgr standing in 5 square feet from kitchen door,Pool allowed tens of baby with diapers while kids pool was used only by a few ,when i reported to person in charge of the entertainment he told me i was wrong (Mr NEVER say to customer that he was wrong you have nothing to gain and told me PREZZO/PRODOTTO which means what we pay is what we get great answer,i asked to speak with the director at his/her time schedule which was granted at 5 pm on friday when i went i was told she wasnt available(Why she choose the time that wasnt available)i spoke with her assistent which told me the entertainment person was wrong,and regarding baby in pool he said i should tell the pool guards i told him they see and i said im sure yourself see no one can miss that babies crowd he said he will take care well i just waist my time he NEVER apologized once he sent a server over that night with a bottle of one i didnt need it was better an apology from himself, dining mgr which never enter a dining room and the chief of entertainment that told me i was wrong and he had alots of experience in those resorts not like me that i was at Bluserena 3 times
FYI i spent all my life in restaurant business and i owned 2 restaurant in NYC( Manhattan)so i know what im talking about Mr Director,rest.Mgr.and chief entertainment !
maybe one day health issue will come up they will learn
