The hotel room was roomy and I like the layout with the a mirror area to get ready separate from the bathroom. I don’t love all the carpeting, the hotel is older, and has a smoke smell to it.

It was a last minute option for us, so we didn’t really do our research about this place. If your room is near the pool area, like our was, you’re going to hear a lot of kids screaming and overall commotion. Couldn’t sleep in because it got loud early on, had to check out to stay sane. Otherwise room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable, carpet could be updated eventually. Typical hotel breakfast, bland eggs, rubbery sausage links and mini pancakes. Hoping one day corporate hotel chefs will come up with something healthier.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. It’s an older hotel and it shows its age. The room was ok, but public areas need better upkeep and cleaning. The breakfast is included but we found it inferior to most hotels in this price range - watery coffee is just not acceptable. There is only one small elevator for a 4-floor hotel. The elevator was out of order for part of our stay which was quite inconvenient for guests on the 4th floor. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel.

THE ELEVATOR: I was with a Handicapped person, not able to use steps and the ELEVATOR was SLOW on Friday, Sept 13th but COMPLETELY OUT OF ORDER ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 14TH AND 15TH. NOTIFIED FRONT DESK, one clerk said it was the first she had heard but would note it, no sign on the ELEVATOR DOOR indicating it WAS OUT OF ORDER. We had to go out the door to the parking lot, load up in thhe car with wheelchair etc then drive around to the front door to get to the first floor! Then on Sunday the front desk clerk said they couldn't get in touch with maintenance man......just a TERRIBLE HEALTH AND SAFETY FACTOR. If the ELEVATOR would have worked, our stay would have been better but I was fearful.

The staff was rude, you didn't give us our senior discount and the bathtub and bathroom sink would not drain properly. Overall, the building and rooms need maintenance. Also, they said the room wasn't ready when in fact that was a total lie because there were several vacant rooms available.

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. I did complain about our room smelling bad and a big dirty hand print in the shower. The front desk staff gave me a discount because of it.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. Excellent hotel, with an amazing staff, and it was very clean! Extremely family friendly with indoor pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pool table, air hockey, and arcade. Breakfast was excellent as well. Room was very clean and beds were comfy. The shower was awesome and had excellent water pressure. Already looking forward to our stay next year, highly recommend!
