HORRIFIC SERVICE!
The owner of this property is a horrible man. I stayed at the property for a wedding. Upon checkout I was told I had to pay additional fees. No problem, it was just 70 euro, but the front desk was unable to give me a bill with the reason for the charges. This was at 8am. I explained that I had an airport transfer was 8:30am and we had to pick up other people. My driver arrives and at that time the woman at the front desk approaches me with a cell phone so that I can speak to the owner. He then begins to explain the reason for the charges. Some of which were not accurate and none of them ever explained in advanced nor expected. I asked again if I could see an itemized bill. A normal request - right? The man proceeds to scream at me on the phone and says you know what forget about the bill. In fact I am going to tell the couple about you...at that time (with the 70 euro cash in my hand) I passed the phone back to the woman. Long story short he spent the day sending me outrageous emails. Putting in writing he's never yelled at anyone in his life. There was an issue with another wedding guest staying at the property (no surprise) who missed their flight for the same reason and some how I was looped into that mellow drama. This was by far the most horrific service experience I have ever had in my life and this is coming from someone who is well traveled. There is so much more that I can say but I'll end here. The owner is a vile human being. Stay here at your own risk!
