Einrichtung und Sauberkeit
Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ideal unter Pinien in Marina di Castagneto Carducci. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber zweckmässig. Schade ist, dass man Bett- und Frotteewäsche selbst mitbringen muss. Das führt zu zusätzlichem Reisegepäck. Nicht ganz zufrieden waren wir mit der Sauberkeit, insbesondere der Küche. Der Gesamteindruck ist gut und wir werden das Haus wieder mieten.

Das Haus ist einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das in Ferien Notwendige ist vorhanden. Wegen Corona mussten leider Bettzeug und Toilettentücher selbst mitgenommen werden. Ideal besonders für die Kinder ist der grosse eingezäunte Umschwung. Ein grosses Plus ist auch die Nähe zum Sandstrand. Alles in Allem ein guter Ort für Familienferien.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nella parte a piano terra della casa. Il giardino, grandissimo e ben curato, ci ha incantato! I bambini hanno potuto giocare in sicurezza all'ombra dei pini e tutti abbiamo apprezzato il campo da bocce e il tavolo da ping-pong. Sig. Vieri si è dimostrato proprietario attento e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre richieste e segnalazioni. L'unico suggerimento, una pattumiera più grande e magari con scomparti per la raccolta differenziata renderebbe più semplice la gestione dell'immondizia.

Perfect location for a holyday with little kids
We had the lower floor of the house. It was perfectly fitting for 4 adults and 3 little children. In summertime the space is way enough and it is perfect to have two bathrooms. Beds and matraces were good. The place for sitting outside is great and perfectly shielded from rain. We had all the stuff for the kids outside that was super convenient. The garden is nice and the distance to the sea is really short. Alltogehter we had a perfect stay.

Casa non organizzata per accogliere turisti con splendido giardino
Purtroppo abbiamo trovato una casa non pronta ad accogliere i turisti . Come scritto nella descrizione occorre portare lenzuola e biancheria, manca connessione internet che appariva nella descrizione quando abbiamo prenotato. Domina anche negli armadi odore di chiuso e di cantina. Il giardino nella pineta è splendido e la posizione della casa è comodisdima

Tolle Unterkunft
Das Haus liegt mitten im Dorf in einem großen Garten unter Pinien. Somit ist es auch bei grosser Hitze sehr angenehm. Bocciabahn und Tischtennistisch im Garten, die Kids haben es genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Vermieter sehr nett. Einem tollen Urlaub sollte hier nichts im Wege stehen.

Der Ort war traumhaft - Das Haus leider nicht
Haus war etwas modrig (roch nach Keller). Die Betten eine Katastrophe, die Federn der Matratze liesen uns nicht eine Nacht durchschlafen. Garten etc. war in Ordnung. Man konnte auch direkt im Hof, welches absperrbar war, parken. Die Gegend... EIN TRAUM! Wir empfehlen unbedingt die Küstenstraße Richtung Livorno, nicht die Autobahn nehmen! Ausblick und die Cafés und Restaurant an der Straße, mit einem Traum Blick über das Meer! Einfach toll!!! Die Agentur war OK, nettes Personal mit ein wenig englisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einige mal hinfahren... aber in ein andres Haus.
