Great place staff need some personality upgrades..
The Hotel is actually very clean, modern and comfortable and within great proximity to the airport. I arrived to check in and to be honest, the front desk girl seemed disinterested and was not engaged. She didn't tell me anything about the hotel i.e where the lifts were to get to my room, where the restaurant was etc etc. Basic normal service I would normally receive from other hotels. Upon going to the lobby bar again the staff were cold and unfriendly behind the bar. Due to this feeling, I chose not to eat within the hotel restaurant. I have stayed in many hotels in Italy in the 20 years I have been traveling and can say this is the only one I felt the staff let it down. Maybe just a one-off occasion I don't know but still worth mentioning.

Stayed on a last minute priced deal so good value. Room was large, clean and comfortable but aircon switched off in night and was too hot. Travelling around by train, this hotel was quite easy to get to by bus from station. However we were leaving on a public holiday and then there were no buses. Hotel has a private taxi who took us to the station. Driver was very helpful. Hotel style is very dark furniture, which I personally didn't like. Wifi connected but couldnt sign in so didn't work. No kettle in room. Breakfast restaurant was very busy with large tour groups and even early on the hot food was cold. Didnt see any reason for this hotel to be 4 stars compared to other 3 stars we have stayed in on our trip.
