Villa Violeta is an exclusive rustic style town house. It is located in the urbanisation of Mas Nou. In addition to the villa, the property has a large garden, a terrace with several corners and a private swimming pool. The property can accommodate up to 8 people.
The VillaThe house consists of a warm living room and dining room furnished in a rustic style. The living room will give you direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
In the equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine. There is a direct exit to the outside, to a porch, where we can find the barbecue area and a table with chairs.
All the rooms are on the same floor.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed (160x200) en suite with bathtub and washbasin. This room will give you access to a spacious private terrace and access to the patio.

Bedroom 3: Bedroom with two single beds with fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 4: Bedroom with two single beds with fitted wardrobes.
There is a separate bathroom with shower and bath. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Garden and outdoor swimming poolThe outside is completely private and intimate. There is a large terrace with a picturesque village square, decorated with flowers of different colours, a porch with a bar, and next to it, an outdoor dining area with a table.The pool area offers sun loungers and a parasol.Keep babies and children under surveillance in the pool area or delicate areas of the house.
The house has free WIFI and parking for 2 cars on the plot and plenty of street parking.

The price of the cleaning costs includes: final cleaning, sheets and towels (2 per person).
