Villa Rosaria is located on one of the most panoramic hills surrounding the ancient village of Scopello from which you can enjoy an amazing view over the entire Gulf of Castellammare. Its particular and enchanting position, make it a favorite destination for those who love relaxation and at the same time be close to shops, Bar Restaurants in the Piazza di Scopello, or who love to go and discover delicious places a few kilometers from this house, discover culture and history of our island.
The house is newly built, June 2016, it is surrounded by greenery and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub; Our 3 apartments, totally independent, "Nino" "Marta" and "Rino", part of Villa Rosaria each have their own entrance and private parking, they have 4 beds each, while only the Nino Apartment is in Open Style Space, there are no rooms! there is a double bed, and is located on the first floor of the villa with a terrace overlooking the sea, all the beds in the apartments have orthopedic nets and mattresses, in addition, in each apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a veranda which offers a pleasant and relaxing panorama over the sea of Scopello.
The verandas and the external terraces have been arranged with a view of the wonderful sea of Scopello, furnished with deckchairs, and outdoor tables, from which one can admire, on full moon evenings, the suggestive spectacle of the lamps that reflect on the sea.
Outside the Villa in a small corner there is a laundry room with a large sink and a washing machine.
The owner, who speaks English, will welcome you friendly and will also give you all the useful information for your stay, excursions, services, coves and / or less known beaches and will provide you with tourist guides.

Schönes Apartment in großartiger Lage
Das Apartment entsprach voll der Beschreibung, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzigartige Lage mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, lediglich die beiden Schränke könnten etwas größer sein. Das Zentrum des Ortes ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Abends sitzt man sehr schön auf einem kleinen Platz, der wie ein Innenhof abgeschlossen ist. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten im Supermarkt. Ein kleines Manko des Apartments ist die Küchenausstattung. Nur 4 Messer und Gabeln für 4 Personen sind etwas dürftig. Es gibt auch kein einigermaßen scharfes Küchenmesser. Anscheinend gehen die Besitzer davon aus, dass man ohnehin im Urlaub abends essen geht. Wer die Tonnara

Ruhige Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick
Alles in allem war die Wohnung ok, es war sauber und ruhig und die Aussicht sehr schön. Aber die Kopfkissen könnten größer sein und die Küchenaustattung war zu wenig, nur 4 Gläser, 4 Messer..., das macht es etwas umständlich für 4 Personen ohne Geschirrspüler.

Super schöne Wohnung mit genialer Aussicht
Wir waren im April für 14 Tage in Scopello und wurden von der Schwester des Vermieters herzlich empfangen. Eine kleinere Reparatur wurde sofort erledigt und wir wurden bestens betreut. Leider war es zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr windig und dadurch zu kalt um die wunderbare Terrasse zu nutzen, den Ausblick auf das Meer, die Weite des Horizonts und der Berge konnte man aber trotzdem aus jedem Fenster der Wohnung genießen. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.

Wunderschönes Appartement in einer wunderschönen Lage
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Tolle Aussicht und Lage, in das kleine Zentrum mit Restaurants und Bars sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig! Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen! Danke!!!
