Bright and spacious Villa in Monopoli, Puglia in an authentic icon of the Apulian style. It is located in the countryside along the hills between Monopoli and Castellana Grotte and can accomodate comfortably up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.

The villa is a old stone house completely renovated and furnished with modern furnishings and it is divided into two indipendent floors.

The main ground floor offers:
- Spacious and fully furnished living and dining area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities needed;
- Master matrimonial bedroom (suite) with air-conditioning;
- Second matrimonial bedroom with air-conditioning from which you access the third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for kids and teenagers;
- Complete bathroom with large shower and closet;
- Kitchen equipped with barbeque and all the useful appliances.

The first floor upstairs offers two matrimonial bedrooms with air conditioning and another twin bedroom with two single beds. This floor have a comfortable bathroom with shower.
The villa is covered with an excellent free WiFi connection.

The villa has a well-kept external area consisting in a wooden gazebo with dining area and wood oven with a barbeque and a second gazebo on the lawn. Other features include a outdoor complete bathroom with shower and a characteristic garden (9000 mq) with typical plants from the area, evergreen and olive trees and an abundance of fruit trees (for the guests to harvest as they wish).

Their special construction, with the wide circular vault entirely made of stone and a beautiful wall of bare rock that creates a special atmosphere at ground floor, will allow you to enjoy a pleasant coolness in the summer and warmth in the cold days, thus becomng an ideal holiday home in every month of the year.

Family Visit
We had the best visit with family and meeting new family. The villa was a perfect location for exploring the region and all of us had the most enjoyable time. Vito and MariaFranca the perfect hosts!

Really nice place, spacious, great decor and well-equipped.
Vito could not have been more helpful and welcoming and we were overwhelmed to receive a gift of beautiful fresh cherries from his orchard. Not only were they tasty but displayed like a flower arrangement. Grazie mille

La maison est superbe tant au niveau propreté, équipement de la maison. Cela manquait de bons couteaux pour couper de la viande mais sinon rien a redire L'emplacement de la villa était a 15 min environ des plages et une trentaine de minutes des villes a visiter avec une facilité d'accès par les routes Vito était très disponible pour communiquer avec nous. C'est très agréable

Nous avons été accueillis par Vito et son épouse très cordialement ils nous ont fait découvrir la propriété très belle demeure très propre et très bien décourée et fournie au niveau vaisselle. Vito est un hôte très attentif à notre bien-être, très à l écoute de nos demandes,et très vif dans ses réactions il est de bon conseil sur diverses adresses pour se restaurer toujours en privilégiant les commerçant locaux. L extérieur est également très agréable et convivial avec plusieurs endroits pour se détendre à différents moments de la journée. Tout autour il y a des champs d'oliviers et divers arbres fruitiers. Vue très agréable ! Nous recommandons très vivement

Le bonheur au milieu des oliviers
Un réel enchantement ! Avec en prime des propriétaires, Vito et son épouse Mariafranca d’une rare et vraie gentillesse et immense disponibilité pour répondre à tous nos desiderata! La maison est particulièrement chaleureuse, spacieuse, extrêmement bien équipée et très propre. Stratégiquement bien située car l’on peu joindre de nombreux sites et villes touristiques. Vraiment un excellent séjour et une adresse à retenir et à recommander. Un immense merci à Vito et Mariafranca qui nous ont rendu ce séjour inoubliable.

Geweldig verblijf in Puglia
We have had a fantastic holiday in the masseria.Vito is a perfect host, he wants to make you feel comfortable and thinks of everything. For example, he arranged that 2 cots and 2 high chairs were ready and all beds were made. We have traveled a lot in our lives, but I have never seen a stay where so many kitchen utensils and crockery etc were available. Really grand. The house has everything for at least 12 people and much more, so that you can eat together at the table both inside and outside. The bathrooms are fine and the bedrooms very romantically decorated. Everywhere mosquito nets in the bedrooms. Great beds. He also picked us up because our car was stolen and we had no transport to the Masseria. He arranged a car for us and that was all very friendly !! Conveniently, we were able to communicate with him through a lady friend who acted as a Dutch interpreter. He Vito was always available everywhere and gave us good tips. Supermarket etc is nearby and a 7 min drive from Castellana Grotte. There is a beautiful b b q and a very nice pizza oven and lots of outdoor space. Beautifully Massaria which is as in the pictures. Thank you Vito for everything

Très bonne adresse pour découvrir les Pouilles
L'accueil de Vito est très cordial. Il a fait venir une jeune fille qui parle anglais pour nous présenter les différents endroits de la maison (car aucun de nous ne parlaient Italien).. La literie est très bonne et la cuisine bien équipée.Le gîte se trouve au milieu de nombreux villages à visiter. Et a proximité se trouve un très bon restaurant que nous a fait découvrir notre Hôte. Abbiamo comodamente soggiornato in 11, compresi 5 bambini, senza percepire alcun problema di spazio. Il proprietario, Vito, si è rivelato un ospite squisito ed attento, così come i signori che alloggiano nella struttura adiacente. Nel complesso un soggiorno estremamente piacevole, da cui si parte con un buon ricordo della puglia e dei pugliesi.

Accoglienza straordinaria, posto incantevole , pulizia impeccabile! Il proprietario della casa , di una gentilezza e disponibilità di altri tempi, ti consiglia i locali migliori, posti da visitare e ha fatto di tutto per rendere meravigliosi il nostro soggiorno . Vorresti non andare mai via da un posto così! Ottimo per chi vuole rilassarsi e divertirsi( spiagge vicine, eventi, sagre, concerti),strategico per visitare le località più belle della Puglia e la vicina Matera. Per chi ama dedicarsi alla cucina ci sono anche il forno a legna e tutto il necessario per il barbecue! Ci ritorneremo!!

Merci à M. et Mme VITO DALO pour leur accueil chaleureux. Belle maison confortable au milieu des oliviers et cerisiers - Bien située pour visiter une grande partie de la région des Pouilles. Très bien équipée y compris la cuisine - Literie de qualité - Très agréable de prendre l'apéritif sous la pergola et le petit déjeuner, déjeuner ou dîner en terrasse couverte. Beau jardin. Le groupe des 8 recommande la location de cette villa, satisfaction à tous les niveaux.

TRES BELLE MAISON DANS UN SITE PARADISIAQUE
Des propriétaires charmants et très disponibles. Accueil chaleureux malgré une arrivée tardive. Une maison splendide et très bien équipée dans un endroit idyllique et très bien entretenue par M. Vito DALO. Vous recherchez le calme ! alors n'hésitez pas... Oliviers, cerisiers et coquelicots représentent le cadre idéal. Je vais m'en inspirer pour peindre. Non seulement, la maison est superbe mais je la conseille vivement pour sa localisation à Monopoli où dans un rayon de 100 km vous pouvez visiter les sites incontournables des Pouilles. Une nouvelle fois merci à M. et Mme Vito DALO pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous étions 8 et unanimes sur ces appréciations. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Schönes Haus mit viel Platz
Das Haus liegt ruhig und idyllisch inmitten von Olivenhainen. Wir waren nur 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, aber 4 Leute hätten noch leicht Platz gehabt. Das dritte Bad liegt allerdings außerhalb des Hauses. Im Sommer sicher kein Problem, aber bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr kühl. Die Heizung und der offene Kamin haben für wohlige Wärme gesorgt. Ausgestattet ist das Haus sehr gut. Vito ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und unwahrscheinlich hilfsbereit. Auch für kleine Kinder sind viele nette Aufmerksamkeiten vorhanden. Badehandtücher für den Strand sollte man selbst mitbringen.

nous étions 11 personnes à séjourner 10 jours dans cette maison ancienne très belle et confortable il ne manque rien pour faire la cuisine ;la literie est de bonne qualité;la décoration très soignée le jardin est très bien entretenu le propriétaire est accueillant,très amical et surtout très réactif quand un petit problème se pose. la maison est bien située pour visiter les sites et villages très beaux des Pouilles ,tout en profitant du calme de la campagne
