This is a good value property in the heart of Modena. While not spacious the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections were good. Many super dining options nearby.

Excellent customer service from this well-located hotel. If you want to see Modena, this is a perfect location to do it from. The parking was a bit tight, but that's just due to the Old Town being built in the ages before cars 😊 The staff was super helpful for parking and taking care of the details so I could enjoy my stay. Would definitely go back.

The reception staff day and night where very helpful and friendly. Car parking was very convenient. Room was comfortable and very clean and quiet. Location is right in the center of town. Very convenient.

The hotel is located right in the center of town - everything is a short walk. The room was clean and well maintained and the staff was great - very personable and helpful. Highly recommend.

After booking this hotel, we were told it was closed (probably due to Covid) but they kindly upgraded us to a nearby hotel in the same group. Everything was fine: quick smooth check-in, polite staff, clean room. We just stayed one night.
