Appartamento meraviglioso
L'appartamento è comodissimo, pulito, molto spazioso e ben attrezzato di tutto. Lo consiglio assolutamente. La proprietaria è simpatica e gentilissima. Buriano è un paesino affascinante, tranquillo e molto caratteristico, la casa si affaccia su un cortiletto interno che noi abbiamo trovato incantevole. La sera si sta freschi e la notte si riposa bene. In 20 minuti si arriva a Castiglione della Pescaia e in mezz'ora a tutte le spiagge più belle del tratto di costa da Castiglione della Pescaia a Follonica e a Punta Ala. Una distanza che non pesa affatto, considerando che lungo la strada si passa accanto a campi, vigneti e distese di girasoli.

Come a casa
Borgo isolato con pochi abitanti molto socievoli. Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza lontano dal traffico e dalla vita frenetica della città per riscoprire la vita di un tempo. Ottima l'esperienza vissuta. La salita al paese è stata sorso una sorpresa per gli incontri avuti : un daino, un istrice, ed altri animali selvatici che d'improvviso attraversavano la strada. Un bordo fuori dal tempo. La casa è attrezzata per ogni necessità e la proprietaria di casa è attenta ad ogni necessità del cliente senza mai essere invasiva. Esperienza da ripetere.

Ruhig, komfortabel in schöner Lage
Wir, meine Frau, Tochter und ich haben den Urlaub in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und trotz spachlicher Barrieren hat alles bestens funktioniert. Hervorzuheben sind die nützliche Klimaanlage, die modernen und großen Bäder, die Sauberkeit und die tolle Lage. Ein Auto ist notwendig, wobei ein kleiner Laden mit frischen Brötchen am Morgen und zwei leicht zu Fuß erreichbaren Restaurants ideal sind. Nebenbei, die flachen Panini mit leichtem Salz Geschmack sind extrem lecker zum Frühstück. Alles Top!!! Vielen dank Hirn und Familie

Perfekte Wohnung in den romantischen Buriano
Sehr schöne, saubere, geräumige Wohnung mit netten Terasse in alten historischen kleinen Stadt Buriano. In jedem Zimmer gibt es Aircondition, die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar, Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist romantisch und die Nachbarn und die Leute in der Stadt liebenswert. Wir hatten zwei perfekten Wochen dort verbracht! Roberta ist sehr nett und sehr-sehr hilfsbereit, wir danken ihr für alles! Wir kommen gerne nochmal!

Una bellissima vacanza in un luogo davvero speciale
Non pensavamo di trovare in poche case su di una collina un luogo così incantevole. Pochi ma accoglienti abitanti sulla distesa infinita della Maremma. Si giunge alla casa da un accesso inaspettato e si scopre un grande appartamento dotato di ogni confort. Pulito, ordinato con una cucina moderna e funzionale e con aria condizionata efficace e ben funzionante. Tutto questo fa da cornice alla squisita gentilezza della proprietaria che ci ha accolto con simpatia e signorile educazione: persona entusiasta che trasmette tanta positività. La location oltre ad essere piacevolmente vivibile (vi sono anche due ottimi ristoranti) permette di raggiungere agevolmente tutte le meraviglie della Maremma.

Ottima casa in un borgo toscano vicino al mare e ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni
La casa si trova nel centro storico del paesino di Buriano, un piccolo borgo toscano in cima a una collina da cui si gode una splendida vista sulla pianura grossetana. E' un ottimo punto di partenza sia per fare mare (ad una ventina di minuti in auto le spiagge di Castiglione della Pescaia e Marina di Grosseto) sia per visitare l'entroterra toscano, con molti luoghi di interesse facilmente raggiungibili. La casa è molto bella e vista dal vivo rende decisamente di più che in fotografia. L'arredamento è curato e la casa è ben attrezzata. Si compone di un'ampia area cucina/soggiorno, due camere da letto e due bagni entrambi completi di doccia. In tutte le stanze è presente l'aria condizionata. All'esterno c'è un piccolo terrazzo condiviso con altri due appartamenti dove sono disponibili dei tavolini. Ultima menzione di lode alla proprietaria Roberta, gentilissima e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!

Super Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem und die Kissen toll zum Liegen. Vor der Wohnung ist eine Terasse, die wir häufig zum Essen genutzt haben oder um abends noch ein Spiel zu spielen. Zum Strand nach Catiglione della Pescaia fährt man ca 20 min. Mit dem Auto ist eigentlich alles gut zu erreichen. Was in der Wohnungsbeschreibung allerdings erwähnt werden sollte, ist, dass die Wohnung für gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet ist. Man kann nicht mit dem Auto bis direkt zur Wohnung fahren. Zum Ausladen der Koffer kann man kurz in einer Seitenstraße halten, muss die Koffer dann aber bergauf zu der Wohnung tragen. Rollen geht wegen des Kopfsteinpflasters nicht. Alles in allem hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen. Danke Roberta!
