VILLA TENSI - GROSSETO AREA

Located in the Grossetto area of Tuscany, Villa Tensi is perched on a high promontory, with wonderful views of the picturesque coastline stretching from Punta Ala to Castiglione dell Pescaia. Originally built by the Medici family in the mid-1500s, this castle has undergone complete modernization, featuring amenities such as a private swimming pool and easy access to a secluded beach. The villa is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and is close to a bustling harbour and golf course in the popular tourist resort of Punta Ala.

Villa Tensi develops over three levels and the villa includes an outbuilding and a separate lounge area for two live-in staff (an on-site housekeeper and gardener). Guests also have access to our chef, who is ready to prepare traditional Italian lunches and dinners.

The villa consists of a comfortable lounge (with sofas, and TV), a dining room (with dining table for 10 people), a billiard room and a well-equipped kitchen.

In the sleeping area, there are five bedrooms, each accompanied by its own ensuite bathroom. The ground floor has a double bedroom featuring a 180 x 200cm bed, TV, and a fan, along with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom on the same floor, furnished with two single beds and a fan, and it includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and air conditioning) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a second double bedroom (with double bed, TV, and air conditioning) with ensuite bathroom (with tub and sauna).

On the second floor (in the tower) you will find a double bedroom (with small double bed 140 x 200cm and air conditioning) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, washbasin, and toilet) and easy access to a terrace on top of the tower.

Additional beds are available on request (single sofa bed in living room and double sofa bed in one of the double bedrooms).

Outside, there is a Mediterranean garden with grass and garden furniture, complemented by a private swimming pool featuring a jacuzzi (6 x 4m; depth 1.5m; open from 14 April to 30 September; chlorinated). The area also includes a solarium, a terrace (circa 40 sqm) and direct access to a pebble beach via a path from the villa.
