Clean, quiet and excellent restaurant. Parking wasn’t great but was ok and the surrounding area was not the best with some run down buildings and homeless people hanging around.

We have stayed at this property several times however, during our last visit, we were treated as second class citizens at check in. The staff person told us more than once that because we booked with Expedia, our only choice of rooms was on the ground floor. The ground floor room we got was like a dungeon! It was dark and half below ground. We have never been treated badly because we booked through Expedia. We will reconsider a stay at this Best Western Plus during our next visit to Nelson!

Was a nice small room. We never used the hottub but used thewasher and dryer. The front desk people were super nice and the restaurant next door was convenient. The food is excellent and having a coupon for brkf from the hotel was great.. good place to stay.

Nice clean room but almost had an issue with staying with a pet (apparently one had to call ahead to let them know we’re traveling with a pet?) so the checkin clerk had to do some figuring out (nervous moments for us) to accommodate our dog. Breakfast from Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was not free but for $12 apiece it was a nice tasty treat. Located in a very walkable area with lots of shops and interesting places.

Came for a quick family trip. Room was clean and well stocked. Staff were helpful and accommodated any requests we had. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. There were a couple stains on the carpet and the cabinet with the tv and fridge had peeling paint and looked pretty run down. Have stayed here before and would stay again. The restaurant attached is very good, food and drinks are amazing!
