Service was fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. It has a chill vibe. They had activities and entertainment (In comparison, the Grand St Lucian seemed younger overall and had more of a party vibe). Beach was big enough. Water was super calm. Restaurants were great (including the buffet). But if you want to explore the other Sandals resorts, there are shuttles that run all day. The area around is safe. We walked 10 min up the street to the grocery store to buy candy and stuff for our kids. We took the helicopter ride to the resort from the airport. Amazing experience ($190 pp). We took the free shuttle back to the airport. It takes about 90 min. I would take Dramamine if you get motion sick. My wife did...and didn't have any issues. We had a large group. The resort was extremely accommodating in working out meals for us.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Julian at the bistro was one of our waiters and had the best personality and so helpful! Only complaint was in relation to a massage we got. At the last minute they added on a $55 fee and said it was tax. Wish this could have been shown in the brochure/up front as all other costs for activities were given up front Shuttle to and from the airport was great and super helpful Food was amazing and I loved that we got to have dinner at the other resorts. Overall a wonder trip

We had no water one night and couldn’t shower or flush toilets We had no water even after begging to restock fridge We had no clean towels for 2 days They refuse to restock the coffee cheaper resorts are much better I wouldn’t waste my money here again

The scenery and greenery was very lovely. The island is absolutely gorgeous covered in flowers and beautiful sites. One thing to be aware of is the very windy roads so if you’re motion sickness sensitive be aware !

Amazing stay at St Lucia. The food at the hotel was so delicious. All the restaurants had great food options and the food was really fresh and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. This was our first time staying at Sandals resort and we loved it. Will definitely come back and stay at Sandals resort again. Our hotel was very relaxing and quiet, which we loved. The pools were nice and clean and the beach was great as well. If people are looking for a more party atmosphere they also have the Grande which had more of a younger crowd and a bigger hotel in general. You cant go wrong with any one of their 3 locations that are on the island.

Compared to other brands we’ve stayed at, Sandals was ok. Nothing bad at all, we had a great time…it just lacked the overs wow factor that that we’ve experienced with other brands. For this reason, Sandals goes on the bottom of our list compared to our experiences with LIVE AQUA, Secrets, and Excellence. We were there to celebrate my birthday, and although they confirmed several times that we were there to celebrate something special/my birthday- they never did anything special. Bummer.

Our holiday at Sandals Halcyon was amazing from the moment we arrived to the resort to when we departed. The staff were outstanding and provided exceptional luxury hospitality and service. We enjoyed the food, relaxation and all the amenities on the resort. We had the opportunity to take the shuttle and spend a day at sandals Grande and La Toc resort's which were both beautiful but Halcyon is my favorite because it’s smaller, intimate and more personalized. Thanks to the entire St. Lucia Sandals family! We can’t wait to come back again and spend our holiday and celebrate life milestones.

The staff at the resort are extremely friendly, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lashawn was the best staff member we encountered in years of traveling to all the islands in the Caribbean, he was very attentive and great host. I would suggest an ATM in the resort to pull cash for excursions etc.

The property has beautiful gardens, a nice swimming pool, and a lovely beach. The staff is really friendly. The room and some areas need updating, look very used. At the beach, there is no service to help you find chairs. You expect a different level of service from a Sandal Hotel.

This resort is wonderful. The rooms are well appointed, the bed is comfortable and the balcony is spacious. The restaurants are all unique and the food was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. The pools, the grounds, the beach, were all wonderful.

The best was meeting all the friendly and helpful staff and lovely guests. The only item I would add is toothpicks at the bars for Martini's and oranges for drinks.
