Living Room - First right when entering the house you will find a spacious living room with a sofa bed, 2 relaxing chairs and a 4K Smart HDTV to enjoy time to spend with family and friends.

Dining room/ open plan in to the kitchen - First left when entering the house you will walk in to the luxury Dining room which has an extendable round table so you can have conversations with family and friends over dinner. It also has 2 relaxing chairs with a smart 4K Flat Screen TV on the wall.

Kitchen - It is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances, Induction Hob, Electric oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Hob Extractor Fan with LED Lighting.

Separate Laundry Area - Between Kitchen and bathroom - Equipped with Washing machine and integrated Tumble Dryer; Separate wall mounted airer.

Bathroom - This is located just after the kitchen - Bath with shower over including Rainfall shower and handset. Ladder Towel Rail.

Master Bedroom - You will find located on the left hand side at the top of the stairs (just a little mention that the stairs are quite steep) - Super King bed which can be made in to 2 singles if you require, please request this when booking. 4K Smart HDTV, Mirrored Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, 2 Bedside Tables - En suite WC with basin.

That's when we decided to set up our own accommodation provider as we believed there was a gap in the market to provide affordable accommodation with a top quality service and make sure the guests have the best experience whether they are visiting us for 1 night or several months.


We are available most times by Airbnb messenger, 9am-9pm via phone/text.

In the Heart of Caterham Town a short 7 minute from the centre and Train Station.

We are available between 9am-10pm for help during your stay. We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.
