There will be two key boxes outside the property door and the upper key box will have the property keys. Access codes will be provided separately with check in details.

The Kitchen area is well equipped and has everything you should need during your stay.
Living Area
There is a relaxing space in the main living area next to the kitchen area with a comfy sofa, smart TV and dining table. A large window lets in a lot of natural light to the properties main living space.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms here. The first is on the right hand side as you enter the property and is a twin. There is a hanging space and drawers for storage. Further through the hallway, the second bedroom is a double with wardrobe space.
Bathroom
The main bathroom has a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. This is also where the washing machine is housed.
Guests have access to the entire space.

Caterham lies in East Surrey with great connections to the capital. Caterham Train Station is a 3minute walk from the property.
Although being close to the capital, the area has great rural appeal with plenty of green spaces close by. Farthing Downs and Box Hill AONB come recommended. If you're feeling adventurous, Go Action Forest with paintballing, laser tag and zorbing is in close reach to the property.
There are plenty of amenities in the local area. There are two supermarkets close by (Waitrose and Morrisons) and the Kerala, Whyteleafe bar and grill and Pizza Express are local restaurant recommendations within a few minutes of the property.
