Beautiful village house with terraces

Located in the heart of the village, at the top of a quiet alley, this 19th century house has been tastefully restored. Presenting all the comfort and beautiful benefits, it has three large bedrooms with bathrooms or independent showers. It is distributed on three levels and two terraces located south / southwest. Very bright and not overlooked, it has views over the rooftops of the Old Village, the Abbey 100m and all the Minervois and the chain of the Pyrenees. Three large independent bedrooms, with showers or bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and opening onto the terrace. Two superimposed terraces, one surrounded by a wall of enclosures that hides the view of the street with direct access to the kitchen and living room (arbor for lunch, garden furniture and BBQ area), the other smaller but overlooking the village particularly pleasant for the nap (hammock) or the setting sun. Atypical house and full of charm.

Excellent house in a lovely village.
This house is quirky and ideal for a stay in a village. It is close to all the amenities of Cannes and is quiet and perfectly placed for walk to the village centre and also strolls through the wineyards. Highly recommended as an excellent, well equippped house.

Charming house situated in the lovely medieval village of Caunes Minervois. There are beautiful sunny terraces overlooking the village, and the house itself has all the amenities necessary for a very enjoyable holiday. Would definitely recommend.

A pleasant week in October
The house was perfect for our stay situated within a few minutes of the centre of town. A spacious house and two terraces give lots of outdoor space, the sunny upper terrace gives good views of the Abbey whilst seeing the sun go down. Caunnes Minervois is a good place to stay, a good number of restaurants, a supermarket and a boulangerie. Communication and organisation with the owner was excellent.

The french maison is beautifully positioned in the centre of a bustling village with lovely views.
The house is on a very quiet street. It has many levels within the house and 2 terraces for dining outside and for watching the sun come up and go down. The house was clean and well maintained and decorated in a fashionable style. Within the village are bars and restaurants. You can visit other villages in the car, by cycling and even by bus. We were a small party of 3 people but the house can take more. This house is ideal if you want to experience French village life and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful big house with airco in old towncenter
We stayed with our 4 sons (22, 21, 18 and 15) in the very beautiful and cosy house with plenty space. The bedrooms have airco and although the temperature was outside 37 degrees, the house wasn't hot.

Belle maison de vacances !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison nichée dans une petite ruelle très calme. Les enfants avaient leurs espaces (chambre pour 2 enfants et une 1 chambre pour un adolescent, chacune avec salle de bains). Grande terrasse très agréable. Contact avec le propriétaire facile et rapide. Un grand merci !

Vaste maison très agréable où chacun peu trouver un endroit tranquille. Très bien située au centre du village. Quelques choses à revoir mais le propriétaire en est conscient. La maison a une configuration très atypique mais qui fait son charme avec ses nombreux escaliers.Une région magnifique et des autochtones très accueillants.

Au coeur du village !
Une propriété atypique (de par l’organisation des pièces et donc à éviter avec des jeunes enfants qui pourraient avoir du mal avec les escaliers) mais très agréable à vivre avec les 2 terrasses. Équipement complet et accueil parfait, un régal. Caunes et sa région sont magnifiques et nous y avons passé de superbes vacances.

Maison de village réaménagée avec goût
Caunes Minervois permet de faire de nombreuses visites touristiques et de balades dans les environs. La maison est confortable, spacieuse, la terrasse inférieure est un lieu de vie. Nous y avons passé une agréable semaine avec notre petit-fils âgé de 16 ans

Nous avons partagé la maison à six amis pour une semaine de vacances. La maison est très agreable et située dans un joli village. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Une balade agréable vers une carrière de marbre rouge part à 2 minutes à pied de la maison. La cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons vu le temps surtout profité des terrasses. Très bon séjour.
