We chose this bed and breakfast based on others’ reviews- and you should, too! Our room was lovely and homey and had everything you’d want or need available. Mike and Julie are spectacularly thoughtful hosts. We felt welcomed, cared for, and a little bit spoiled :) during our three day stay. Will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to VT!

I had a wonderful stay at the Vermont Golden Stage Inn B&B. The standout feature was the excellent customizable multi-course breakfast, which catered to my preferences and set the tone for each day. The room was impeccably clean, and the inn's beautiful property offered a tranquil atmosphere. I felt safe and cozy throughout my stay, thanks to the welcoming hosts who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Julie and Mike are fantastic hosts. Wonderful breakfasts, personable, and great fun to talk to. A terrific Vermont farm house, comfy bed. All in all, a great experience.

Great stay, the hosts were very accommodating. Offered recommendations to do while I was in the area. Allowed use of a refrigerator; coffee, tea and cookies were offered all day long. Vermont is a very green, unpopulated state. Will visit again.

Our stay at the Golden Stage Inn was nothing short of amazing! The hospitality and coziness was everything we could have hoped for! We enjoyed sitting by the fire and relaxing along with the afternoon soup after getting off the slopes at Okemo/Killington. The endless cookie jar was a sweet added bonus, and Mike’s Saturday night chocolate cake was a total wow! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Be sure to say hi to the sheep in the back, they are vocal and cute. We can’t wait to come back!

Love this place!!
This place is wonderful! Very comfortable and clean. The owners really go the extra mile to make it a real home comfort feeling with hot cider, Cookies, and more. The main room has board games, books, and puzzles with a cozy setting around the fireplace. The Breakfast was made fresh to our liking and so good! The owners are extremely friendly and and helpful. We will be back.

It was a great place comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was excellent., they always had out coffee and cookies in the afternoon. They will put out soup cookies and cake at night time friendly staff close to everything and the ski mountain we will go back again.. very clean nice living room will fly place to sit and read and have a drink

Not only are the hosts, Julie and Mike, wonderful people and extremely accommodating, but the incidentals are what truly make this B&B great. The bedding is like sleeping on a cloud, the water pressure and hot water in the showers are exceptional and the food is mouthwatering!

Our stay at the Golden Stage Inn was nothing short of exceptional. From the Warm reception of Julie the innkeeper to the thoughtful touches found everywhere. Did you forget something? They've got you covered. Prefer to sleep with a fan of white noise but did not bring your own? Not a problem. Breakfast was delicious and locally sourced. The never ending cookie jar is a true and tasty reality. The bed and the room could not be more comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another before we left!

The owners were very sweet and very accommodating. The breakfast options were all amazing and delicious! Also felt somewhat safe during covid times, since masks have to worn when out of your room. It was about 10 minutes from Ludlow and Okemo Mountain so that was a plus! Will love to come back during winter times or even during the summer!

We had a quick weekend girls trip up to Vermont and the Golden Stage did not disappoint. Wonderful breakfast each morning (as well as some amazing chocolate cake Saturday night!), and nearby all kinds of awesome foliage and fall activities.

It was a busy weekend but was able to get into a room at this inn. The Owner were great Mike makes the best chocolate cake and cookie. Breakfast was wonderful Every thing severed was either home made, home grown or from local business. Went to the Golden Stage Inn on a recommendation of some friends who has stayed there previous. I you are looking for a bed and breakfast place to stay around Okeemo this is the place. If you are looking for a more modern hotel you will not get the service and friendliness that you get here.

Beautiful, Quaint, Friendly
This was our first Bed and Breakfast experience in many years and I'm so glad we chose this place. It was very nice..just loved the antiques in the decor and the owners, Julie and Michael, were so helpful and friendly. The attention to detail for our room & bathroom, the available cookies and drinks, as well as the home cooked breakfast with local ingredients were all just lovely. We'd definitely highly recommend this B& B to others and hope to go back sometime!

This was a treat! We totally enjoyed our one night stay. The hosts were kind and very informative. The inn feels like a collection of good memories with really positive mojo. We would definitely stay again if in the area!
