Hotel was not what I was expecting but it was great considering we were on an island. The entire island is sand and because it Was raining the entire time is was muddy. But we didn’t mind it because we Cannot control the weather. It was quiet, chill, and people were friendly. Had a great time and definitely will Recommend the island and hotel!

Jan’s is a small, quiet hotel and we were pleased to see that it was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered any questions that we had and gave wonderful recommendations. We really appreciated them setting up a golf cart rental and arranging for our transportation to and from the ferry and the airport. The only negative was the lack of anywhere comfortable to sit. We would have greatly appreciated some softer chairs and cushions for the beach chaises.

Property is in the middle of the island. Very convenient to everything. Security at night is a plus. Very nice staff. Daily cleaning service is amazing. Golf cart to and from the ferry is very convenient. Great stay!

The staff was so friendly and accomodating. The property was neatly kept, it was conveniently located, the pier was perfect to watch the sunrise, it was secure with the overnight guard right outside and just overall a perfect place to "go slow" in Caye Caulker. I look forward to staying there again.

Upon our arrival, we were told that someone was going to put us up but we stood there for over 20 minutes and no one came n we were told by the young man at the from desk that he got busy. I feel an email of letting us know would have been appropriate

We enjoyed our stay at Jan’s Hotel. The staff are excellent and accommodating. We stayed in the suite however it could use a little modernizing but the view and pleasant staff over powered the room detail. I can’t wait to visit again.
