The backyard is shared with another unit, The Fortress, located just behind The Zen Den. If you’re bringing pets, please clean up after them promptly.

-Shoes Off: Leave your shoes at the door for a clean and comfy space.

-Keep the Shower Glass Spotless: Use the provided squeegee after each shower.

-Safety First: Please don’t lean on the railings.

-No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful space to relax and unwind.

-No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking is prohibited, and violators will face a $500 fee for
smoke removal.

-Guest Limit: The home accommodates a maximum of six people.

-No Eating in Bedrooms: Keep crumbs and food out of the sleeping spaces.

-Quiet Hours: Respect the 10 PM noise curfew.

-Clean Up Before You Go: Wash your dishes and take out the trash before checkout.

-Report Damages: Let us know if something breaks so we can take care of it.

The zen den was perfect location for our weekend trip to some of the national parks. The house was clean, the beds were comfy and the swing out front was great.

Small (cozy) place to rest your head in Cedar City
The place was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in to. The bedrooms and bathroom were as described, and the kitchen was fully functional. The swamp cooler unit was very noisy and did a good job of cooling the main spaces, but the bedrooms were a bit stuffy. The photos of the "backyard" were misleading, because they appear to be part of the neighboring unit, and not part of the Zen Den. Fortunately, we found a park a few blocks away where we were able to walk our dogs. While the location worked for our one-night stay, we would probably choose some of the other places in Cedar City where we have stayed on other occasions if we were to travel here again.

It Was Awesome!
If travelers to Cedar City are searching for a property that is incredibly clean, has a wonderful location along with a host who communicates with his guests - this is the place to reserve! The location is perfect-walking distance to Cedar City Downtown with its shops and restaurants. More important, this home is spotlessly clean and provides wonderful, comfortable beds and bedding for guests. Finally, Gerardo is a perfect host. He provided us with clear check-in instructions, activity suggestions for the area and check-out guidelines. We were fortunate to find this property and hope to return!

It was a great central location for all Bryce Canyon and Zion so much to see. The American diner was are go to for breakfast. The college was beautiful and we were lucky enough to catch a play during the Shakespeare festival.

The space was very clean, well maintained, and fully stocked. Perfect Cedar City Stay
We were extremely happy with our stay. The location was perfect for us and our two furry babies. We felt safe walking the streets at night for the late night/too early, sun still not up potty breaks. There is a park across the street and a trail around the corner. Everything we needed could be found within a one mile radius. That allowed us to take a walk or hop in the car if we were feeling lazy. The place was clean and had all we needed. The front porch was a great place to relax. We didn’t use the loft, but it looks like a cute place for kids. There is a lot of space in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom was clean and has ample counter and cabinet space. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer (we didn’t use). The hosts were responsive and helpful.

Exactly what we were looking for
The Zen Den was exactly the place we were looking for and perfect our needs. A short walking distance to restaurants and a little downtown area along with a cute farmers market. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. Plenty of space for three people though possibly a bit tight for four. The little porch out front had a relaxing swing with beautiful views. We would definitely rent again if we get to return to Cedar City!

Great little home
This is the cleanest home, inside and out, that we have stayed at in Cedar City over the last 3 years we have been vacationing there. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will get when you arrive. The hosts are phenomenal! Easy to communicate with, took care of our needs without excuses or concern, and were simply a pleasure to work with. Although the Zen Den is smaller than what we usually stay at. It was more than satisfactory for 4 adults and one large dog. Both beds are very comfortable and I would rank them as somewhat firm. A very quite neighborhood with walking trails and a park near by. Although parking can be a little tight. There is plenty of street parking without a lot of traffic. A great little place that we plan on staying at again in the future.

Such a comfortable stay! I am such a germophobe when it comes to places I stay but the Zen Den was SO clean that I felt comfortable right away. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the bed was comfortable, two access doors to the back yard, the nicest shower!!! Everything was fantastic. The owner even left a snow shovel, which I wasn’t expecting to need, but thank goodness they did because it was a life saver that first morning!
