This freshly renovated short-term/vacation rental provides everything you need to experience the Crystal Coast like a local, private ramp. 2 boat lifts, jet ski lift, relaxing with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and White Oak River, fishing from your private dock, beach parking only 4 miles away, expansive outdoor space and ample parking for cars and boat trailers.

Coastal decor and accents will make your family feel at home on the Crystal Coast. Very Nice
My family had a very nice stay at this house. Everything was neat and clean. The location is perfect. The best part is the view. It was so enjoyable to watch boats of all kinds cruise by. We saw dolphins go by twice! The balcony was fantastic to enjoy a nice beverage and visit with those around you. It was also nice having covered parking. Check in check out was very smooth. We plan to stay here again. Thank you to the host as this wasway better than a hotel.

Nice getaway.
Excellent back deck!! Sat there daily and nightly when not out and about. Breeze off the water the whole time. Fishing at night and great of you have a boat. Boat lifts were great but the launch was not deep enough and slippery. No tie downs on the dock, but there is an NC Wildlife boat launch right next door so not an issue after the first time. Very peaceful with fantastic sunsets and dolphins. Close to Emerald Island beaches and lots of sand bars and islands to hang out on. Storage room on the bottom floor very nice to keep sandy chairs and fishing equipment in. We enjoyed it and would recommend this to anyone looking for a week long getaway.

Amazing views. Easy access to water. Great outdoor furniture. Only complaint would be lack of towels in the house. Everyone has 1 big towel, 1 hand towel for the entire stay. Found it a hassle to keep washing to make sure we had a hand towel for the next day to shower. Children were with us, as you know- they are messy. Went thru 5 rolls of paper towels bc of the lack of towels in the house- including the kitchen, it had 1 wash towel and 1 drying towel.

Cedar Point Beach House Vibes
If your considering coming to Cedar Point and Emerald island , I would highly recommend this place. It’s cozy , very clean, w/ a beautiful back yard and pier. The host is wonderful and set us up w/ two kayaks. We fished w/ the kids off the bank and caught plenty of croaker and hogfish. We used them as cut bait to fill the crab trap up and caught over 30 stone crabs and blue crabs. It was a great way to experience the outdoors w/ our kids. On Sunday we rented a boat at Homer Point Marina, took it out and found a nice island to swim and play in. We made awesome memories and this beach house was a big part of that.

Perfect Staycation
This was the best house to host a weekend staycation. My partner and I live just up the road but wanted to be on the water for my 30th birthday. Beautiful Home on the Water
This house was everything you could want in a vacation rental. The view is simply spectacular. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with very nice cookware, dishes, and glassware. There are also thoughful touches such as a charging station in each room and cozy throw blankets. The host was so gracious and checked on us by pulling up to the dock! You will not be disappointed in this house.
