Located in a park-like neighborhood with gorgeous foliage at the end of a quiet cul de sac. You may be surprised to find deer roaming about as you take an early morning stroll. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors on either of the upper or lower decks and then pamper yourself in an inviting master bath. This home feels like being in the countryside while being a quick drive to most attractions in Cedar Rapids or 30 minutes to Iowa City. The VRBO worked out great. We had 12 adults that stayed this weekend. We couldn't have found a better place. The location was quiet and peaceful!

Perfect stay for our family
Our family stayed four night in this wonderful property over the July 4th weekend. The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Ideal for families with young children. Everything we needed and the 3 year old and 1 year old had a great time in th downstairs play area. Bever park is great for toddlers. Thirty minutes to Iowa City and Amana Colonies. Michelle is a very responsive and accommodating host. She was very helpful throughout the entire process and very professional.

Safe Neighborhood!
Roughly 10 minutes from downtown and located in a safe neighborhood. A lot of space for our extended family to sleep and hangout. The basement is huge and was a great spot for the kids to hang.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood
This beautiful home was just as described. We had two families totaling eight people staying here as we gathered to attended a wedding. The beds were comfortable and the house was very well set up. It was also spotlessly clean and sanitized. Would definitely recommend this home!

Great location, awesome house for family gatherings
Overall, very happy with our stay. It's a multi-level home offering lots of common hang-out space, and an open kitchen, fire place etc. Bedrooms were spacious with super comfy beds, and were great for chill-out private time. Best of all, house is in great location near Bever Park, and conveniently close by family who we are visiting. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family stay for Celebration of Life
Lovely home, beautiful space! We were in town for a celebration of life with relatives. We enjoyed this beautiful home and the chance to be able to be together in both indoor and outdoor spaces. The long dining table was great! Outside, we enjoyed a family of deer who visited each evening.

Great Choice, Mom!
Cobblestone was the perfect setting for our "family time" getaway. The l-o-o-o-o-ng table in the dining area was wonderful for all of us to eat and chat together as one while we created memories! Outside of mealtimes, it served as an idea table for board games, card games, and snack times. A toy room, furnished with all things kiddos love, including a tiny tent and building blocks, helped entertain the wee ones. The hot tub was a hit also! Our host, Michelle, was so kind and helpful. We were surprised to learn before our arrival that she had breakfast basics stocked up for us! She even brought in a darling little youth bed for our youngest grandchild! When the family said, "Great choice, Mom!", I had to admit I had hit the jackpot, as Cobblestone, with its lovely open design and striking decor, was just what we were looking for! Thank you, Michelle. Family time at Cobblestone is now a sweet memory!
