Very nice Hotel, excellent location, very friendly staff, room very clean, nice view from N side 6th floor. You need to add toothpaste to the rooms, the bottle's of everything was great BUT I forgot my toothpaste at home and none in the Room like they use to leave 😔

This was a very nice hotel stay
I was in town for a wedding, and my friends all stayed at other hotels in the area. They all ended up being jealous that my room was clean, quiet, and comfortable (because theirs were not). Staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was pretty good. Plus on-site parking was a bonus. The G.R. Ford museum was right across the street, and the Grand Rapids Public Museum was across from the parking lot. Very close to downtown as well!

It was close to everything. Property was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Ice maker was not working on one floor, but outside of that, excellent. Breakfast is very good too!

We have stayed here before and absolutely love this hotel. When we are coming to Grand Rapids, there are no other options for us. The executive king room is wonderful.
