CIR-19082027C223339- Il Villino is a modern house in the Capo Plaja district, a quiet area at just 7 km from Cefalù, ideal for who is looking for relax and want to stay away from the city. The swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests is 3.5 x 10 meters wide and 1.20 meters high and has a comfortable solarium. The garden around the house is mainly full of olive trees that makevery pleasant a rest or reading under their shade . There is a big BBQ of concrete and steel to enjoy lunches and dinners by cooking delicious local fish but also meat, and consuming them at the outdoor table, and then relaxing in the living room or in the shade of the trees. The little ones have plenty of space to play around the house. The villa has an open space with a comfortable living room with double sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen; the master bedroom, has a walk-in closet; the second bedroom can have two single beds or by joining them you can have a double bed; there are two bathrooms and in one there is a washing machine; at the entrance to the house there is a useful storage room to leave your suitcases; all rooms have air conditioning. Few steps from the house is the private beach, a very intimate place to sunbathe, bathe in its cool waters, fish from its cliff, do yoga and see the sunsets; 200 meters away is the long Salinelle beach where you can take endless walks or jogging. We are always 7 km from Cefalù, so when you want to take a tour in the splendid tourist city, visit the Cathedral, stroll through historic center's streets enjoying a good ice cream, eat in one of the different restaurants overlooking the sea, in a moment you' ll be arrived. There are nearby, just 2 minutes by car, 2 supermarkets, 2 restaurants-pizzerias, a wellness center and a water park for the entertainment of the little ones. The house is easily accessible from the highway which is just 1.5 km away.

Fantastic Villa
We ejoyed the location and facility sooo much. The private pool was great to have. Salvatore was the perfect host and was interesting and knowledgeble about area activities.

Fabulous
Had an amazing week here in autumn half term. The pool was a hit with the kids. The location is great, a short walk to a private beach and another larger beach. Both were great for swimming and snorkeling. It's also a short drive to Cefalu, which is a lovely historic town to wander around with loads of great restaurants. Highly recommended.

Beach villa near Cefalù
Location - outside Cefalù but short drive to get there
Wonderful & helpful host - Salvatore
Private shared beach - a proper sandy beach & lovely spot (when sea is calm is easy to get over low rocks into the sea)
Villa is fantastic - very new - a beautiful set up in old olive grove, well equipped & working well, fabulous outdoor seating areas, pool is great with plenty of sunbeds, beds inside are very comfortable, kitchen small but everything you need to eat in & cook for 6, BBQ facilities, the sofa bed is big and good for 2 adults (sitting room has aircon), 2 superb bathrooms etc - just hanging around at the villa is relaxing & refreshing and with the option of the beach (which we always found to be very quiet as shared with few other villas nearby)
Cons: we’ve thought long & hard - can’t think of a single thing…except that we had to leave
Other comments for guests:
Visiting Palermo - take train from Lascari (modern new station nearby, easy free parking) - so much easier than going from Cefalù - though fewer trains, there are more than enough to make it the best option
Shopping - Ard Discount is near but we found MD Store (on approach to Cefalù) better for range & availability of bread, milk & other stuff
Worth a trip to Castelbuono late afternoon & meal out in evening (check out your route - you’ll be driving on part of the historic Targa Florio road circuit - google it!)
Consider a rafting trip through the gorges of Tiberio & walk up the river to find wild swimming afterwards
Cefalù restaurants - lots there - but Tinchite is great for Sicilian food (if you choose the land or fish big set meal - do not eat anything for a long time in advance!!)

Peace and tranquillity
This is a very nice villa set in a small Olive grove. It has a lovely pool which although quite shallow is perfect for children. Our 2 year old grandson loved it, as did we. It is very quiet particularly in the mornings. At night there is a little noise from a music club maybe 100 yards away but it is not intrusive and ends at a reasonable time.
The villa is quite well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen enables you cater for yourselves which we did fairly often. The only things we couldn't find were wooden spoons and a Lasagne dish!
The 'private' beach was brilliant, being only 70 yards or so from the villa. It is quite tricky to negotiate the steps particularly carrying a 2 year old but once down you have it almost to yourselves. It is shallow sea with rock pools. Crystal clear and very warm water. We went on several occasions collecting a variety of shells, crabs, fish, shrimps or just lazing in the water. This was quite a contrast to the public beaches we went to where you could barely have got a T Towel on the sand. They were packed!
Salvatore is a very pleasant man who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Communication with Salvatore from the initial booking up to our arrival was excellent. He even sent us photos in March/April showing construction of the pool at different stages.
We had a very nice holiday at this villa and would recommend it to those wanting a little peace and quiet. You will receive a very warm welcome from Salvatore

Perfect holiday near Cefalu
We found the house to be well equipped, clean and comfortable and the swimming pool was well maintained. Our host was helpful and informative. The sea is clean and easily accessible. Apart from very occasional evening noise from the nearby hotel, the location is very quiet and peaceful and is within a short driving distance of the town, shops and restaurants.

Tout était parfait !
Voici une villa de vacances sans surprise. Ce que vous voyez est exactement ce que vous avez. Une grande cour intime avec piscine, bbq et mobilier confortable. A l’intérieur, des équipements de qualité et une propreté irréprochable. Salvatore est sympathique et se montre disponible en cas de besoin. De quoi passer des vacances sans souci ! Wunderschönes Anwesen
Der Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus hat uns sehr viel Freude gemacht. Es liegt in einem wunderschönen rundherum abgeschlossenen Olivenhain mit viel Blumen.
Auch im Inneren ist alles perfekt ausgestattet inklusive eines begehbaren Kleiderschrankes. Die Klimaanlagen, die wir auf Grund der Nachtkälte kaum gebraucht haben, sind sehr leise und effektiv.
Trotz des moderaten Klimas im Mai (tagsüber nicht über 28° C nachts nicht über 20° C) war der große private Pool, anders als das in kurzer Entfernung liegende Meer schon angenehm temperiert .
Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat zweimal die Woche ganz früh morgens, während wir noch schliefen, den Pool gereinigt.
Da wir Sonntags nachmittags ankamen, hatte er auch schon erste Lebensmittel (Kaffee, Wein, Wasser, Gebäck, etc) eingekauft.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unseren beiden großen Kindern (13 und 17 Jahre) verbracht. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen am sehr gepflegten Pool, am 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernten herrlichen Naturstrand oder in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus - wir haben es sehr genossen. Salvatore ist ein sehr aufmerksamer, stets erreichbarer Gastgeber. Und in 10 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto lockt Cefalú, die schöne Stadt unter dem Felsen und am Meer. Il Villino is sicily at it‘s best. Wir wollen wiederkommen!

Ein toller Aufenthalt
Wir konnten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Cefalu geniessen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts und man erkennt, dass man sich um die Liegenschaft kümmert.
Der Kontakt mit Salvatore war ebenfalls sehr angenehm.
Der Pool und die Nähe zum Strand sind ebenfalls ein grosses Plus für die Unterkunft.
Einziges Manko für uns war die Tatsache, dass es nur die Möglichkeit via Hauptstrasse gab, um aus dem Quartier rauszukommen. Als Läufer ist das nicht ideal.

Endroit parfait au calme

Very nice stay close to CEFALU
The property is closed to the seaside as described and about 5km from CEFALU which is a very Nice holyday place. The two bedrooms have their own bathroom and also a climatizer in each room. The kitchen is very well equipped with good stuff to cook or clean the dishes but also to prepare food . Outside you have a lot of table chair and sun chair close to the swimming pool. The swimmming pool is not very deep but highly enough to swim easily. We go there in end of april and with the nice weather we can use it, so not so cold. To conclude a very nive place to stay. Salvatore welcome us very well and gives us some good advice to discover Palermo (1.5 hour far from the property). Thank you Salvatore

Traumhaftes Haus mit Pool nahe Cefalù
Wir wohnten in einem wunderschönen Haus wenige Autokilometer von Cefalù entfernt.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alle was man sich wünscht.
Das Pool war fantastisch, das Wasser war sehr sauber und warm.
Die Klimaanlage arbeitete gut, sodass man nachts sehr gut schlafen konnte.
Ein sehr freundlichen Empfang hatten wir durch Salvatore, der uns alles erklärte und durchs Haus führte.
Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Haus.
Wir kommen wieder!!

Unser idyllisches Refugium
Wir haben als Familie eine herrliche Zeit verbracht und genossen die Privatsphäre des Grundstücks. Der eigene Pool war für die Kinder genial, sie waren gar nicht mehr rauszukriegen. Salvatore ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilft bei Fragen gern. Herzlich danke für alles!

Perfect place for a perfect holiday
This is a beautiful place where you can relax and enjoy your holiday .
Close to Céfalu, close to the waterpark , ..
When you come back from the busy Céfalu, the silence is welcoming you back home ;-)
The private beach was a little busy but it was the beginning of August, the Italian holiday .
We went to the public beach where it was also busy but ok.
In the evening the private beach is beautiful to watch the sunset...
The host Salvatore was always present for some good advice, even for the stupid questions :-D ..(sorry Salvatore..)
It was really nice that Salvatore came 3 times a week to clean the pool early in the morning. So when we woke up, everything was ready to just jump into the pool.
We'll come back for sure ;-)

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus! Die Ausstattung und Lage waren wirklich perfekt. Man konnte den herrlichen Pool genießen und auf der großen Terrasse entspannen. Die Jungs haben gerne die Tischtennisplatte genutzt. Wenn man zum Meer wollte, war es nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum privaten(!) Strandabschnitt, etwas felsig zum reingehen, aber mit Wasserschuhen kein Problem, oder zum nahegelegenen öffentlichen Sandstrand, der auch nie überfüllt und sehr sauber war. Der Vermieter Salvatore war sehr hilfsbereit und hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Seine Empfehlungen für Restaurants waren alle super, wir haben immer sehr gut in der Umgebung gegessen! Mit dem Mietwagen ist man schnell in Cefalu. Zum einkaufen empfiehlt sich der MD Supermarkt. Wenn man gerne Natur mag, sollte man unbedingt eine Tour in der Tiberio-Schlucht buchen (goleditiberio.com), das war ein echtes Highlight. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können Sizilien, die Region und vor allem das schöne Haus wirklich jedem empfehlen. Danke Salvatore!

Sehr sehr schön
Man weiß nicht wo man anfangen soll .. er war einfach traumhaft .. der Gastgeber Salvatore ist einfach der beste , er hat uns vor der Anreise alles detailliert gezeigt wie man das haus findet , hat uns in dem Hause schon ne Kleinigkeit gekauft für den ersten Tag und bei Allen Belangen geholfen .
Die Unterkunft selber muss man sagen das ist einer der besten Häusern die man in dieser Gegend finden kann , die Inneneinrichtung ist aufjedenfall deutscher Standard ( das ist nicht selbstverständlich in Sizilien ) jedes Zimmer hat ne Klimaanlage, man kann sich nur Wohlfühlen.. ..nicht zu vergessen der Pool der uns definitiv den Urlaub erleichtert hat !!! Und einfach ein Luxus ist für dort vor allem da es privat ist und kein Gemeinschaftspool!!! … Salvatore kommt sogar jeden 2. Morgen vorbei um ihn zu reinigen noch bevor man aufsteht ..herrlich … Fazit : wer nach Sizilien geht und will einen gewissen Standard und ein Traum von haus , ist hier genau richtig !

Sehr entspannt!
Wir waren mit unserer Familie eine Woche im April in dem wunderschönen Haus. Es liegt sehr idyllisch in einem Olivenhain und ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Besonders viel Spaß hatten wir mit dem großen Pool und der Tischtennisplatte. Der Pool war natürlich noch eiskalt, wurde aber trotzdem viel genutzt.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Salvatore ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und hat uns freundlich empfangen und unsere Fragen stets super beantwortet.

Das Haus erfüllt alle geweckten Erwartungen. Es ist großzügig eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es liegt ruhig inmitten eines Olivenhains und in unmittlbarer Nähe zum Strand. Ein kleiner Nachteil der Lage ist, dass man außerhalb der Saison (Juli/August) für Einkäufe etc. mangels Busangebot auf ein Auto angewiesen ist.
Der Pool hat uns besonders gefallen. Er ist in bestem Zustand und wird drei Mal pro Woche gereinigt. Auch die Tischtennisplatte haben wir häufig genutzt.
Salvatore ist ein sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter und ausgesprochen hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Er hat auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Einfach Klasse
Dieses Feriendomizil ist zu 100% zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist wirklich angenehm ruhig und von der Terrasse aus kann man sogar ein wenig Meer sehen bzw. es schon morgens hören. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und der Vermieter Salvatore ist sehr hilfsbereit, nett und unkompliziert in den Absprachen. Der Privatstrand ist ein schönes Extra um den Morgenkaffee oder den Sonnenuntergang am Meer genießen zu können.

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool, mit privaten Strand
Wir hatten einen top Urlaub in diesem Haus, alles war sehr sauber und Salvatore war ein perfekter Vermieter, alles in der Hausbeschreibung passt 1:1. Wir können das Haus, die ruhige Lage den tollen Pool und den Privatstrand nur weiterempfehlen!!!
