A beautifully restored 5 bedroom villa located in the heart of the Puglian Countryside of Ceglie Messappica in the beautiful parkland of Pineto Ulmo. Peace and quiet in this tranquil setting ensures that from the moment you arrive you will start to relax and unwind immediately. Whilst this spectacular villa is located in the heart of the countryside you will be only minutes away from the local towns of Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino and the baroque town of Martina Franca.

Inside the Villa
Ground Floor

The Swimming Pool
A contemporary large 10m x 5m salt water swimming pool ample room for serious swimming, relaxing or just cooling off. There are 5 steps leading down into the water which is 1.4m to 1.8m deep. There is also a shallow area for playing or relaxing approximately 40mm deep.
