Upon landing I sent an email for early check in. The owners responded by saying they double booked. That seems unlikely since I booked 5 months ago. We were left stranded with no where to stay.

Hosts cancelled our stay 3 days before we were supposed to be there leaving us in a scramble. Nobody contacted us at all. Their obligations to us as guests were completely neglected.
