A studio house in beautiful nature on the edge of the southern heath

Our house, surrounded by a fence, is characterized by an excellent living climate (pleasantly cool in summer, comfortably warm in winter). It fulfills all the conditions to be able to spend a few carefree vacation days here. The house is also equipped with everything you would expect for a relaxing holiday as a guest.

We continue to develop your holiday home (studio), so external blinds have just been installed and since March 2019 you can enjoy all Sky programs and Netflix.
You can be sure that you will clean the house perfectly and
received in perfect condition, which is of course surrounded by a fence, so that our guests can handle their dog relaxed. Two terraces with corresponding loungers, seating pp. and a large parasol invite you to relax. Mediterranean herbs (also for your kitchen) spread a pleasant scent around the house and draw attention to our small ornamental pond, which is fed by a waterfall over a river.
In front of the holiday home property, the Alvernsche Bach winds towards Aller and affects several fish ponds, which are enclosed by a small 'rhododendron park'.
A great hiking area follows here in the so-called pig quarry, in an easterly direction, just outside the 200 village of Sehl, the hiker comes into the source area of the small stream. Can watch deer or discover the black stork at home.
If you want to use our good bicycles free of charge, you can quickly get to the so-called mystical places in the velvet communities of Lachendorf and Eschede, where you will have fun at the various stations.
But the city center of Celle can also be easily reached after about 8 kilometers via bike paths off the streets. The Residenzstadt has a lot to offer here. The oldest theater in Germany, the historic old town, the French Garden or just the heartfelt castle, to name just a few worthwhile destinations in the city.
How about a boat trip on the Aller? The Allernixe runs u. a. the lock in Oldau with the actively operated hydropower plant from the last century, which also serves as a museum and can be visited, or you drive to Winsen / Aller and take the way back by bike back to Celle.

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus in Celle
Wir hatten es sehr gut getroffen, das Ferienhäuschen war perfekt, vom Feinsten ausgestattet, an alles war gedacht und blitzsauber. Wir und selbst unser Hund (das kleine Gärtchen war sein Paradies) wollten gar nicht gerne abfahren. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert und wir fühlten uns pudelwohl. Unsere Vermieter haben uns in allen Fragen bestens beraten und die schönsten Empfehlungen gegeben, sie sind sehr freundliche und liebenswerte Menschen. An meine Freunde habe ich dieses Urlaubsparadies bereits schon empfohlen und wenn es uns möglich ist, kommen auch wir nächstes Jahr wieder. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, der uns noch lange in guter Erinnerung bleiben wird.

Ein tolles super sauberes kleines Ferienhaus. Alles was das Herz begehrt, war vorhanden. Küche toll ausgestattet,super bequemes neues Bett. Draußen Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegen. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Hinter dem Grundstück Wiesen und Wälder. Perfekt zum Fahrrad fahren und spazieren gehen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt vor Ort. Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt im Grünen in der Natur. Waren mit unserem Hund dort und das Ferienhaus bietet dafür die passende Gelegenheit als Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen die liebenswerten Vermieter, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung standen.

Prima Ferienobjekt!
Wir haben kurzfristig nach einer Ferienwohnung bzw. Unterkunft mit Hunden gesucht. Lt. Inserat ist nur ein Hund erlaubt, allerdings war es für den Vermieter kein Problem, mit 2 Hunden anzureisen. Auch die Buchungsabwicklung sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging reibungslos über die Bühne und war unkompliziert. Allerdings - und das ist das Einzigste, was uns gefehlt hat - ist eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit im Aussenbereich. Im Inserat ist dies auf den Bildern zwar ersichtlich, allerdings wird die Terrasse nur privat vom Vermieter genutzt und ist nicht für Gäste zugänglich. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, vor allem Ruhe. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub
Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unserem Schäferhund vor Ort. Das Studiohaus hat alles, was man braucht. Sitzecke, Sonnenliegen und Grill sind im umzäuntem Garten vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen ihren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für die liebenswürdige Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grüße aus dem Sauerland

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mitten im Grünen
Sehr sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, extrem ruhig und mitten im Grünen mit eingezäuntem Grundstück, was für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund absolut perfekt ist. Sehr nette, liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sehr saubere, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete FEWO, es fehlte an nichts. Wir bedanken und sehr herzlich für alles und kommen sicherlich gern wieder. Ein schöneres Feriendomizil kann man sich nicht wünschen, wir haben uns bestens erholt.

Alles war TipTop. Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem kleinen feinen Häuschen verbracht. Mit Hund optimal, eingezäunt und direkt in der Natur. Empfehlenswert für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Natürlich auch ohne Hund!! Könnte mir hier sehr gut einen Urlaub mit dem Fahrrad vorstellen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter

Een zeer ontspannen verblijf in landelijke omgeving.
Een complete woning, van alle gemakken voorzien in een mooie, rustige landelijke omgeving. De eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij, geven een gevoel welkom te zijn en zijn tevens behulpzaam, maar laten je volledig vrij.

Vakantieverblijf in Alvern, Celle.
Keurig netjes, geschikt voor twee personen, afgebakende tuin voor kleine hond. Alles aanwezig. Kookpannen had iets uitgebreider gemogen. Een overkapping zou mooi zijn bij slecht weer, dat ivm beperkte binnenruimte. De eigenaren waren supervriendelijke mensen.

der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. das Studiohaus war klein und herrlich ruhig, hatte alles , was man braucht. Die Umgebung sehr erholsam, schöne Spazierwege, für einen Hund optimal. Nicht so optimal war die Zahlungsart (nur Kreditkarte) die Übertragung hat schlecht funktioniert

kleines Häuschen in schöner Lage
Das Haus ist gut für 2 Personen geeignet. Da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist, kann man auch gut einen Hund dabei haben. Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Heide. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Gleich noch mal!!!
Es wurde an alles gedacht, sehr sauber, bequem und wirklich hundefreundlich eingerichtet. Super Lage, eigener Gartenanteil für die Gäste, auch für die Gasthunde gibt es einen abgegrenzten und eingezäunten Bereich direkt am Häuschen in absolut ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter sind super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Schade, dass die schöne Zeit so schnell vorbei war, aber wir kommen wieder!

Perfektes Wohlfühl-Quartier auch für den Hund
Wunderschönes und hochwertig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, herrlich ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf einmalig schönen Garten plus spannender Vogelbeobachtungsmöglichkeit. Da das Grundstück umzäunt ist, konnte unser Hund unbeaufsichtigt und ausbruchsicher im Garten sein. Sehr netter Vermieter, sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere Räder. Die Radwege der Umgebung sind leider nur entlang der Hauptverkehrsstraßen wirklich gut, ansonsten oft recht rustikaler Qualität. - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, zu bemängeln gibt es absolut nichts. Daher volle Punktzahl und unsere beste Empfehlung.
