Our one-bedroom suite, including a full kitchen and balcony, was very spacious and comfortable and a tremendous value. We had some minor issues but would definitely stay here again when in Philadelphia. The major caution is that the kitchen was not as well supplied as we would have liked with items needed for cooking, such as knives, spatulas, and cutting boards. Fortunately, we had brought some of our own or were able to improvise. We did not ask the staff, and perhaps they would have provided what we wanted on request. I reiterate that we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very nice, very well taken care of and very clean. There was a certain degree of safety because you needed your card to be able to go up and down in the elevator. It was particularly nice to have a pool and the area up on top.

The only good thing is that the hotel was located near everything we wanted to visit but the hotel room was not clean and no body wash or hand soap in the bathroom. One of our towels was also dirty, good thing we had extras, but no one wants to see that. The bed was not clean as well, it had spots. The floors were not vacuumed because our socks were full of dust and dirt. Finally, there was no running hot water in the hotel room. For a one night, this hotel was not a good experience for me, especially when it’s $200 in the heart of Philadelphia. I was very disappointed and felt disgusted just being in the room.

Loved the roof top seating area and views over Philadelphia and use of pool and gym really great ambience in Hotel. Has all need with eating places so close by and really short journey from Amtrak station. Able to go twice within one day to the ivonic Rocky steps - great experience

This was the second time I've stayed at The Windsor Suites in less than a year. It is super convenient in terms of location in Center City. I've always found it to be a great value for what you get, even though I rarely use the kitchen in the studio suite. The proximity to public transit (Septa + Regional Rail) is great if you need to get around. I would definitely return again for my next trip.

I’m definitely coming back here
Very nice hotel in the center of the city in Philly. A bit hectic outside but once you step in, it’s all good. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and recommend the club options. Rooms were clean and spacious and the bathroom was huge!

Good location, not very clean, expensive parking
I only stayed one night, and the location was good (except for the 6 a.m. construction on the building outside of our room), and the staff was friendly. However, our room was not very clean, and we discovered a fair amount of hair on the sheets of the pull-out couch. It clearly wasn't changed/cleaned after someone had slept on it. $55 to park for a night seemed quite inflated as well.

Terry the assistant manager was excellent and all of the front desk staff. Allen does a great job being there for guests. Lamamza (spelling) does a great job with car support ! Thank you for making Philadelphia a great stay !
