This hotel was in the historical section of the section so we could walk to the Liberty Bell and the Independence Hall. It was also a central location if using public transport or Ubers to get around. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room - nothing to complain about here.

There was mold and mildew around the heating unit in the bedroom and the same in the bathroom around the caulking of the tub. Also near the toilet. We laid down on the bed and something bit the back of my leg. We left right away. So we were out nearly $300 for not quite a 1/2 hour stay.

They take a deposit on prepaid rooms but do not refund it. This location is a franchise so Wyndham can’t help with obtaining the refund on deposit and this location won’t return phone calls or emails- worst experience of all my years of travel!!

The room was clean and front desk was nice but there were 4 times during the weekend when somebody would walk in our room while we still occupied it. There was one instance where I was coming out of the shower and I heard the door open and somebody walked in. They realized it was the wrong room and walked out. If they had walked in any earlier they would have seen me in a towel. When we told the front desk about it they said there was a glitch in the system that said we checked out but we didn’t the whole weekend. Not sure how 4 different instances people were able to use the key card to our room that we were using. Also we suggest that all the rooms upgrade to smart tv.
