We loved the Arlo from the moment we walked. Very clean, very comfy, Altair for breakfast was exceptional, absolutely loved the lobby spaces, especially by the fire Christmas time. Cleaners did a wonderful job, too. Beautifully decorated for the season. The only downside observation I’ll make relates to the lack of enthusiasm from the front desk staff (BUT! They were still lovely. Just not so outgoing with smiles and words - but this has been the same in majority of the stores/venues around NYC). You feel more like an inconvenience, than a welcomed guest. Where we’re from, customer service with a welcoming spirit is so highly valued. Having said that - we truly did love our stay at the Arlo Midtown.

Great location and staff. Only slight issue was that the towels were way passed their best and were very threadbare. Apart from that we had a great stay thanks
