A patio room is NOT a balcony room.
VERY understaffed. The poor guy working front desk had to answer phones, make reservations all the meanwhile check in guests and there was a line 7 people long. I could see other staff thru doorway just sitting there. Be warned: a patio room is NOT a balcony room. I was given a ground level room with a patio facing the highway. If I’d wanted a concrete slab in the blazing sun I’d just slept in the parking lot or just gotten an average room and not paid for a patio I never went out on. I went back up and waited In that line to be told “mam, we’re almost sold out.” Almost? I asked was there another room and he said no. I was clearly being lied to. While the hotel was nice from comfort, cleanliness, don’t expect customer service.

Like that it is on the lake and has an excellent outside area. After driving all day, it was nice to not have to leave for food since there was a restaurant option here. Room is very nice as well

Initial walk into the hotel smells like it may have allowed smoking in the past. Some staff not too friendly. Pool was small. Cable in the room didnt work. People upstairs let their kids run up/down the hall. Breakfast not included. For $300 a night I expected more. Very disappointed. I would not recommend.
