The rooms had black mold on the ceiling We asked for towels and was told they would bring them up but we didn’t receive any. However the ladies at the desk was super helpful

I've stayed at LQs across the states and this one was not up to par. Bathroom and vanity baseboard floors were dirty, tub had cigarette burns on it, ceiling cracked where the closet and wall meets. Sink did NOT have a stopper. I choose this location because it had a pool. Pool was CLOSED with no explanation. Breakfast was great.

The room wasnt clean at all, the soaps they provide were open and used, the bed was stained and looked like it had been slept in. The area around the hotel looked terrible and unsafe. Just overall the worst hotel experience. We checked out immediatly and had to find a different hotel. Only plus was the lady working at the desk was very nice.

My room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Which it said that my room was a no smoking room. There was used towels and the bed cover had someone dirty foot prints in my NEW CLEAN ROOM. The pool been close and it didn’t look like it was open for sometime.

My family didn't get a lick of sleep when we stayed here due to people outside all hours of the night doing drugs, whoopin and hollering. Ruined our family weekend, I do not recommend. THOUROUGHLY UPSET I SPENT $130 to stay here, ruined our family weekend at the Renaissance Faire. STAY AWAY

The property looks old and tired. The caulking in the bee as thrown was messy. Overall it was clean and the linens were good. My daughter had a different experience in her room. There was heavy mildew in the tub/showere, the tv didn’t work, a plastic bag was wrapped around the smoke detector and the microwave and fridge were dingy and very old. The pool was shut down. Unacceptable.

The elevator smelled like urine. There were stains everywhere. The coffee for the breakfast was finished around 8:20 but the staff refused to make more even though the breakfast was till 9am and there were many people asking for it. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly in the room that I was staying
