Great Disappointment
Our stay was mediocre. We HAD to ask for room service (trash and towels) after being there for 5 days. Did not feel secure with the back door of your facility left open all night. Breakfast service inconsistent - no coffee twice. Bathroom vent fan inoperable. Hallways and lobby’s very warm. Laundry room dryer vents were a fire hazard.

This property was dirty and unsafe. I had two rooms. One room had blood everywhere and the other room beds were unmade and garbage cans turned over so they gave me another room that was hot and unclean. I moved both my rooms to another hotel. This was completely unacceptable.

The property is old and in need of renovations. The grounds are not taken care of. The parking is very limited in the front. The lighting is poor in the back and there were men hanging out at the back door of the badly lit parking lot when we arrived in the dark. The room was fairly clean but the sheets smelled not very fresh. Parking lot was cracked up and dirty with oil stains etc.

There was trash up and down the halls. Trash in my room, all over the floor. There was blood on the bedsheets. Our door was broken and wouldn’t lock or stay shut. The hotel was humid and smelled terrible. Staff was apologetic but not able to fix the issues.

Was an ok stay for a one night trip to town. Was an older building. The air was not working in the main lobby and hallways. Room was clean, bed was comfy, however small 1/2 size pillows.

I was a bit disappointed that Hotels.com rated this hotel 8.2. Not even close! First impression was certainly not good. Some of the lobby furniture has visible stains on them and not surprisingly the pillows in our room also had visible stains, as well as the carpet. In addition the lamp shades were also worn and the freezer is long overdue for a defrost. Landscaping was overgrown that we passed the hotel two times because the street sign was completely camouflaged with overgrown trees. In my opinion the owners of this hotel have not invested in the upkeep of this hotel. But on the bright side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Don’t be shocked by the homeless people that are in close proximity.

This was my 2nd time booking here. First experience was exceptional. Yet this time the room on first floor had no A/C and room seem gloomy and outdated. I inform front desk clerk about A/C issue and was told maintenance not available on weekends. So requested a regunds and still have not received refund back been a week now.

I reserved a king room and when i gor there i was told they only had 2 queen bed rooms as the king rooms were vacant but had not been cleaned and the cleaning staff had gone home

The room was nice. It was not as clean as I would have hoped, but they beds, bedding and those type of things were very clean. The hotel staff was doing the best with some outdated carpet. The breakfast was decent. Would stay again as the beds were very comfortable.

The room was clean and okay for one night. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and bacon along with cold cereal options. The area is a bit sketchy and the doors to the outside and to the main hallway were unlocked. There is also a pungent/ musty odor when going from the back parking lot into the building. Staff seemed nice enough but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

First room we were assigned to was not cleaned. 2nd room was ok but dated. TV did not work. Breakfast was ok. The front doors were stuck open, they are waiting for parts. So breakfast was extremely cold. This does not make you feel safe.

The only thing I was pleased with was the customer service during checkin. Other than that, once I entered the hotel room I realized that the shower curtain was torn up, the fridge had a mayor red wine spill that looked scary at a glance, and the bedding was uncomfortable and didn’t seem very clean.

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel looked like they tried to update, but the building itself was just worn and needed work. Missing ceiling tiles, water spots, and there was a gap around our air conditioner that we could see outside.
