Very inexpensive lodging, you get what, or maybe less than you pay for. Staff seemed nice, but hotel is in rough shape overall, toilet didn't really work, room was pretty clean. We were advised by a tow truck driver rolling through the lot to really make sure we secure our vehicle and trailer, that people in the area have been known to steal trailers. Good to know. Pretty nerve wracking really and a bad nights sleep. I ended up sleeping in the vehicle while my family member slept in the room, that's how shifty this place felt. Wouldn't stay here again, wouldn't recommend it to anyone who asked

They stole my money!!!
I booked a stay at almost 2 am on Thursday 06/20/2024. For some reason the stay was reserved for Wednesday 06/19/2024, which I do not understand because it was Thursday when I actually booked it. The stay was supposed to be for Friday 06/21/2024. As soon as I was done I noticed the mistake and contacted hotels.com. They called the hotel to see if it could be changed to the right day since the reservation day had already past before it was even booked. The lady at the hotel would not do it and would not give me a refund even though they saw that it wasn't physically booked until Thursday morning. They took the money out of my account and would not help me at all. I will be disputing the transaction as I could not travel back in time to stay at a hotel that wasn't booked until the day after the reservation said. I would have gladly stayed at the hotel on the correct day but since they were not willing to move my reservation I just booked with a new hotel. If you see a reservation come in on a Thursday and it is for the day before you know there is no way that would be possible to check in, do the right thing and move the reservation to the correct day. It wouldn't have hurt or lost you any money. The reservation was made on a Thursday for the day before on a Wednesday. there is no possible way that should have been able to happen but it did. I will never stay at this location or recommend this location to anyone I know.

The hotel was incredibly warm and in poor condition. Needs lots of updates. The room was dirty and the pull out couch linens had not been changed. There were two towels and when asked for more, they stated they would bring some up and never did. One of the beds had a spot where it was lower than the rest like the bed springs had been damaged. Had we needed to spend more than one night, I would’ve left and stayed elsewhere. Not a place I would take my kids again. Seemed like an unsafe part of the area.

We stayed here for one day. Our room had a balcony that was perfect for a step of fresh air, the pool and hot tub were beautiful! Theres tropical trees around that make it feel like a real get away! My daughter had an absolute blast, We decided to stay for 4 more nights! The staff went abouve and beyond to make sure our stay was one of a kind for sure.

The motel that shares a parking lot with the Red Roof is currently being used as a shelter for active drug users. Burnt spoons and needles found in the parking lot as well. This is anything BUT a family friendly hotel. Housekeeping was not attempted once on our stay, the TV was literally hanging off the wall, remote didn’t work, the pool was filthy, the rooms across the hall smelled of vomit and pot as did the elevator. The “free” coffee in the lobby did not work the whole time we were there. And the list goes on and on and on. ZERO hospitality, I will NEVER stay at this dumpster fire again.

Hot and sketchy
The cons outweight the pros. The pros are good price, cool pool, nice front desk staff, clean lobby. Cons are the sketchy crowd loitering outside the hotel, overall not well kept, the courtyard is not air conditioned, our room the AC was off when we checked in and did not cool off good our entire stay, the workout room was hot as well. Overall, the hotel could be cleaner. The cleanliness in our room was not bad. No weird smells, if you ignored the weed smell coming from some rooms. Overall we would not stay here again by choice, but if you are looking to save money and want a pool, the cleaniliness in our room was not terrible, and our car was not vandalized.

Loved that we got a poolside room. It was so peaceful after 9 and the ambiance of the pool room. Live plants mood lighting. That was great

Love the pool, and grew up going there. But it has become run Down and no breakfast! I believe it needs some updates.

Beds are broken and mattresses are so messed up with dents and there worn out .. absolutely worst !! Not worth the money
