When we first arrived and checked in we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. They changed it quickly when we returned to the desk. The area around the hotel is okay. There is a nice green area where we could take our dogs - better than any place we have stayed thus far on our trip. It is as a nice area and close to downtown restaurants and activities. There is a nice pool, fitness center, and guest laundry (which we did not use). The room was clean and, comfortable, and quiet and included a microwave and fridge. All in all a nice place. There is a very good Hibachi/sushi restaurant next door and you can do carry out. Highly recommend.

We loved the pool and the hot tub. The beds were comfy. I was very disappointed with the staff- they had the wrong expiration date for my credit card when checking in and didn’t know how to correct it. The front desk didn’t have any other solutions- just “sorry” so if I didn’t have my sister near by to give her cards we would have been turned away! Then the toilet in our room wasn’t working. When I let the front desk know he just gave me a plunger to fix it. I asked what happens if I can’t get it to work? He said “I don’t know, I just work at the front desk.” Very unhelpful! We had to use the bathroom in the pool area even tho our room was on the second floor. It was not great.

I was charged by Expedia for the room. I did a pre check in and gave them my credit card. The motel charged me 3 more times. One was reversed the next morning. One was reversed 5 days later. I still have one extra charge. The motel said I have to have my credit card company fix it.

This place has good clean rooms, the place is relatively modern, and a picnic table so your wife can smoke outside while you relax with a beer.

The pool/spa/sauna were closed and this was not indicated when we booked. Big disappointment as we had chosen this hotel to take advantage of these facilities. Absent staff, you feel like a nuisance when you ask a question. I would not return to this establishment. Positive points: well soundproofed room and breakfast with plenty of choice.
