Lovely stay in Cebere.
The property was lovely, however it was not the property in the photos of the villa we thought we were staying at. The villa was next door but the RHS of a pair and the one we had booked from the photo's was the LHS of the next pair so we had less sun by the pool (Gone by 2.30pm) the one we had booked had sunshine until after 5pm. The pool was also smaller, however it was still a lovely villa and we had a wonderful time, just not in the villa we had booked. The owner said that we had been upgraded, to a 4 bedroom, but as we were just a couple, then the additional bedrooms were wasted. We were also charged £100 for cleaning and £70 for linen and towels; this only became apparent when we were issued a contract to sign (In French) this was not made clear in the price of the villa and as there were only 2 of us, we didn't require linen for 8 and the cleaning was minimal. All that aside the villa was lovely and we had a great holiday though my knees are feeling the 35 steps to the living area from the road!

Les +++++ Procédure de réservation ✅ / paiement en ligne ✅ Départ et arrivée avec clé dans la boîte à clé. Appartement avec très belle vue sur la mer , bien entretenu. 3 salles de bains , 2 wc ✅ , spacieux, lumineux, calme . Piscine à partager avec l appartement d en face. Il y avait quelques denrées dans le placard : sel poivre vinaigre huile filtre à café épices . Il y avait des brochures et cartes sur la région Les - - - - ( à mon goût ) : eau chaude beaucoup trop chaude et peut-être que la cuisine mériterait quelques ustensiles supplémentaires Nous avons passé un excellent séjours

Ruime woning, rustige buurt. Ook genoeg privacy van de woning ernaast. Mooie omgeving voor stranden, baaitjes, bergen, dorpjes etc. Het huis is ruim, de ontvangst was hartelijk.

Maison qui vend du rêve mais…
Cette location a une vue imprenable sur la mer car elle est perchée dans la montagne et c’est ce qui fait tout son charme. La maison en elle même mérite quelques travaux (les mêmes que ceux signalés par un locataire en août 2018 et d’autres…). La literie est tellement confortable qu’on y dort comme dans une cuvette. Les équipements ménagers ne sont pas à la hauteur de la prestation donnée (vaisselle, couverts, cafetière, frigo, linge de maison…) La pièce à vivre est à l’étage et desservie par un escalier abrupt. La location est excentrée des commodités, elle est donc très au calme. La piscine est partagée avec la résidence d’à côté -qui appartient au même propriétaire-. Le propriétaire est de contact facile mais grand parleur. Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette location, nos vacances ont été agréables mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location qui a un rapport qualité/prix décevant.

Villa parfaite pour la détente
Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille avec nos enfants. La villa est idéale pour se détendre, le cadre est idyllique. Nous avons tous profiter de la piscine avec vue sur la mer. Les équipements pour le quotidien d'une vie de famille sont parfaits. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et de très bons conseils. Beaucoup de plages assez proche et la proximité avec l'Espagne est un plus !

Ressources et dépaysement et conseillé pour les marcheurs et plongeurs 👌
Il est préférable d’avoir une voiture car loin de tout (commerces, ambiances ect..) mais en contre-partie paysage magnifique dépaysement total! Vue magnifique sur la mer. Le proprio est top! 👍 Très sociable 👍 Les gens de la vile sont très agréables et accueillants. Super semaine 👌

Une belle semaine globalement fidèle à l’annonce. Très bon accueil.
La maison a une vue à la hauteur de nos attentes : tout simplement imprenable! Séjour très reposant car nous nous sommes bien entendu avec les occupants de la deuxième maison avec laquelle nous partagions la piscine. Quelques petits problèmes avec la literie qui grinçait, une télécommande de clim qui ne marchait pas’ une porte non verrouillée. Nous aurions dû alerter les propriétaires dès le départ car ils sont très débrouillards et nous auraient arrangés ces petits désagréments. Le nettoyage de la maison était un peu sommaire à notre goût mais c’est un avis personnel.

Maison agréable, très belle vue sur la mer, mais une nuisance importante pour cause de constructions de 3 maisons avec passages incessants d’engins bruyants. C’est dommage de n’avoir pas été informés avant.

Lieu très agréable mais pas fait pour 8 adultes : la chambre aux lits superposés est trop étroite, lits beaucoup trop justes pour des adultes. Écoulement des sanitaires est lents. Mais la région est tellement magnifique !

Une semaine de vacances au calme avec une vue sublime sur la mer et collines avoisinantes. La maison est accueillante mais à l'équipement un poil sommaire pour le prix demandé et piscine trop petite si les deux villas sont au complet.

Schöne Villa, nette Vermieter, tolle Ferien
Eine schöne saubere Villa mit ausreichend Zimmern und jeweils anliegender Dusche, eigenem Pool den man sich nur mir der Nebenpartei teilt. Ausblick direkt aufs Meer. Der Vermieter ist seht freundlich, lediglich die vorherige Abwicklung war etwas schwierig. BEI Buchung war nicht angegeben, dass nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet wird. Dies wurde dann nur telefonisch geregelt ohne spätere Bestätigung. Die Zahlung wird in voller Höhe sofort fällig. Eine Woche vor Reiseantritt kam dann ein Mietvertrag mit hoher Kaution und zusatzlichen Reinigungskosten, die nicht vereimbart waren. Um eine Stornierung zu vermeiden quede alles akzeptiert. Vor Ort war aber alles reibungslos und freundlich.

Vue magnifique mais l'équipement de la maison est bon marché
La maison est au calme sur les hauteurs de Cerbère. Elle comporte des escaliers très raides. Il faut faire attention au carrelage glissant dans le séjour. Lorsqu'on ouvre un placard, on a l'impression que sa porte va nous rester dans les mains et en cas de grande chaleur, la climatisation est poussive. Il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux. Le lit est moyen. Compte tenu du prix élevé, on s'attendait à un meilleur confort.....

Gite sympa : architecture moderne, grand séjour et terrasse très agréables. Mais escalier entre les niveaux impraticable et chambre d'enfant beaucoup trop exiguë et manquant de lumière (un seul petit fenetron et non deux comme sur la photo).

Nicht wirklich
Also bin schon ein wenig entäuscht. Was in der Beschreibung nicht gut zu erkennen ist, dass der Pool für 2 Häuser ist. 2 Häuser a 8 Leute. Wenn 6 Leute im Pool sind, was bei uns passiert ist, dann bleibt nicht mehr viel Platz für die andere Partei, wo das 2te Haus gemietet hat. Und nix gegen Kinder, wir haben ja selbst 2 Kinder dabei gehabt. Aber wenn dann ein Kind dabei ist, wo den GANZEN TAG nur am schreien ist, dann ist es ganz schnell mit dem Traum Urlaub vorbei. Was der Vermieter angeht, eine ganz liebe Person, der immer Hilfsbereit ist. An dem Haus ist überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. 1A Aber wie gesagt, man weiss leider nie, welchen Nachbar man hat.

Traumhafte Villa an der Grenze zu Spanien, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Charmanter Gastgeber, welcher immer mit Rat und Tat bereit war zu helfen. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen!

villa idéale pour se reposer!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Cerbère. La maison est très agréable à vivre et tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. La décoration est plus belle que sur les photos. La vue sur la mer est imprenable et nous avons profité de belles journées ensoleillées. C'est l'endroit idéal quand on aime la randonnée. L'accueil était lui aussi chaleureux.
