The owners live 15 kilometers from the gîte. Accommodation all on the ground floor with an entrance and separate toilet, an equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed of 160, and 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed of 90), bathroom/bath (shower and bath, sink).
