Apartment mit Schimmelkultur
Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es auch kein Gäste-WC. Wir haben das Apartment aufgrund der Schimmelsituation nach ca. 14 Std. Aufenthalt wieder geräumt und den Urlaub abgebrochen. Während unserer kurzen Zeit vor Ort gab es auch kein WLAN. Dies sei laut Gastgeber eine temporäre Situation und solle so bald wie möglich behoben werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos.
