Chalet DES CIMES "furnished with tourism 3 *" of 38 m2 in individual wood
in a residential park rental with structure of reception and guard on the spot. Entry of the site by digital code and parking place reserved for customers.

Located on a very quiet site on the edge of the forest.
Departure on downhill skiing at the end of the alley of the chalets to join the arselle and return skis to the foot in front of the chalet.
The nearest ESF is 200 meters away.
Cross-country ski run passing under the chalet and allowing to join the departures of the other tracks since the plateau of Arselle.
No need to take your car of the week because free shuttle throughout the station with a stop at the entrance of the park.

It can accommodate from 4 to 6 people with 1 bedroom, 1 child room with bunk beds and the BZ 160 in the living room.
Possibility of a 7th sleeping (for 1 child) on a fireside in the child's room.
Equipped also for young children: cot with thick mattress + duvet and a chair enhancer for the meal (from 6 months to 4 years)

The chalet has 1 living room kitchen open to the living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and outdoor terrace.

Petit chalet agréable et bien situé. Idéal avec deux enfants , endroit sympathique beaucoup d'activités à proximité ( séjour au mois d'aout ). Gestion du parc de chalets impeccable.

chalet idéal pour séjour en famille (4/6 pers.) au ski
Le chalet est très bien équipé et chaleureux. Notre séjour au ski s'est super bien passé. Le chalet est bien agencé (ex : porte-manteaux un peu partout au dessus des radiateurs, luges, jeux de société, ...). La propriétaire est attentionnée et la gardienne à la réception le dimanche disponible et sympa. Le chalet est très bien situé sur un embranchement des pistes de ski. Peu de vis-à-vis et la forêt (et le calme) l'entourent. Des pistes de luges se sont improvisées au pied du chalet, ce qui est très pratique pour occuper les enfants.

Séjour en famille agréable
Nous avons séjourné à 6 à Chamrousse dans un chalet très bien situé : accès navette proche et possibilité de retour au chalet les skis aux pieds ! Le cadre est juste somptueux ! Un coffret de bienvenue nous attendait (délicate attention). Le chalet est bien équipé et fonctionnel, des jeux de sociétés pour des moments de convivialité et de franche rigolade ! Une gardienne très sympathique. Nous reviendrons !

Très bien décoré et joliment décoré.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le chalet était très bien équipé et il y avait plein de jeux de sociétés pour une bonne soirée en famille ou entre amis. Quelques décorations de Noël très appréciées aussi pour nous mettre dans l’ambiance. J’aurais souhaité le wifi pour pouvoir prolonger mon séjour en conciliant mes contraintes professionnelles. Nous reviendrons probablement... peut être une année où les remontés seront ouvertes.

Séjour agréable
Rien a redire sur ce chalet. Il est très bien équipé et bien situé (à quelques centaines de mettre des pistes). Les propriétaires sont disponibles et ont répondu à toutes nos attentes au vue de la réservation tardive.

Quelques jours au calme dans ce joli chalet. Rien ne nous manquait. Des nuits paisibles, des paysages magnifiques et un temps sublime. De belles balades à faire pas loin. Donc que du bonheur! (Note pour les propriétaires : vous devriez indiquer les dates d'ouverture de la piscine pour éviter les déceptions)

Tres bon emplacement
Chalet très bien situé on peut tout faire à pied. L'équipement du chalet est très complet. Le seul bémol est la chambre avec les deux lits superposés qui est très mal agencée ( le passage pour entrer dans la chambre est tellement étroit qu'il faut entrer en marchant en crabe) et ce qui ne permet pas de chauffer la pièce entière. Le gardien est très professionnel. En résumé une tres bonne location mais ne pas compter sur la petite chambre.

Chalet correspondant à la description, propre, entretenue et avec tous le nécessaire de vie. Pour aller sur les pistes petites marche de 100m et retour au pied de la porte c'est parfais!!! Parfais pour une famille.

LOCATION TRES AGREABLE
Chalet très agréable et au calme (aucun passage de voiture possible). Nous l'avons trouvé très propre à notre arrivée et tout est prévu pour une arrivée tardive. Le chalet est bien équipé, il y a un même un local fermé pour les skis. Le gardien est très sympa et très disponible.
