Hotel is dated, and rooms are very small. Horrible smell of mildew in the hallways. Rooms were fine, and clean, while the service and restaurant were great!

Well-run hotel
I spent a pleasant night here, had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. There is a lounge that I did not spend any time in. The food was fine. I noticed that my room had a form in case I spotted anything amiss. I like touches like that. The hotel has a check in time of 2 pm, most likely because people have to line up for the ferry by 9:45 am I noticed that this hotel has a single EV charging station with a surprising 225 kWh charge rate!

We only stayed one night, after travelling on the ferry, before travelling across NL the next day. It was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Lots of heat in the room too! Small room but it’s just what we needed to have a good rest.

Hotel is nice and clean & comfortable. Nice staff. Our only complaint is the last two rooms we have heard the people next door talking and even shaving in bathroom. We have stayed at this location 6 times in past 3 years. So we do like the hotel.

Get what you pay for
Stay itself was fine, however the cleanliness was subpar. There was old food trays and baskets under the bed, dirty spoons behind a chair, old coffee lids also under the bed. There were also hairs on the bath towels and in the bed sheets which was unacceptable.
