Family cottage for 7 people, plus 2 babies. Old stone farmhouse tastefully renovated in a Champagne village. Large terrace with garden furniture. Swing and slide in the enclosed garden. Board games. Private parking for 2 cars. Playground and cyclo-rail 200 m away. Many hiking trails in the forest. Neolithic sites, abbeys, castles, educational farm and horse riding nearby.
On the ground floor: Kitchen, dining room and living room with 120 cm diagonal OLED flat screen.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 3 90 cm beds, shower room and separate toilet.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Electric heating and wood stove (€45/stere). Tumble dryer. Cleaning fee: €60 (included on weekends). Linen hire: €5/person. Wifi. Baby equipment (2 beds, 2 chairs, bathtub, deckchair, playpen).
Animals: €20/animal/stay. To be paid to the owner on site
