1st floor: 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with three 90cm beds, shower room, and separate toilet.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, bathroom, and separate toilet.
Electric heating and wood-burning stove (€45/stere). Tumble dryer. Cleaning fee: €60 (included on weekends). Wi-Fi. Baby equipment (2 beds, 2 chairs, bathtub, deckchair, playpen, trampoline). Approximately 150 meters away, there are 5 pétanque courts. Pétanque games are available in the cottage.
Pets: €20/pet/stay. To be paid to the owner on site.
Utility charges: 8 kWh/day of electricity provided (meter readings upon arrival and departure). Any excess is payable to the owner: billed based on actual consumption.
