The yard is spectacular with an impeccably kept garden, fruit trees, shared pool, tennis court, terraces, grilling area and even an access door that steps out the the Ajijic Malecon. If you want to come enjoy and explore Ajijic, this is the place to come and stay, since everything is at your finger tips and most important within walking distance.

Located on the boardwalk at Lake Chapala, it is within a short walking distance from all major activities and restaurants in central Ajijic. The former main residence has been restored and provides the perfect backdrop for a luxurious experience.

How can I travel around the area?
Casa Del Lago is located in the central part of Ajijic village and is just a quick walk to many of the restaurants, shops and services. 24 hour taxi service is also available with reasonable local fares. Our Concierge service would be happy to make arrangements for any special tours. Also public transportation is available; it’s safe, efficient and very affordable.
Is there parking available at Casa Del Lago?
- Yes, we offer free-gated parking for our guests within the property.
Is there WIFI available at Casa Del Lago?
- Yes, we offer free password protected WIFI to all our guests, you can check your email and surf the web from practically most places at Casa del Lago.
Uber and Lyft is available along with taxi and transit.

Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.
Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation!
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
3. Please take note that tap water in the property is not drinkable. You can only use that to clean, brush teeth, and bathe.

* Please contact us in advance to check availability and applicable fees.
* Without confirmation, standard check-in time applies.
Late Check-Out:
* Late check-out until 3:00 PM is *subject to approval* and fees.

Luggage Drop-Off Service:
* Luggage drop-off is available from 12:00 PM *with prior approval*.
* Please request approval in advance to confirm availability.
* Without confirmation, luggage cannot be dropped off before the official check-in time.

* Please store luggage in the designated area and avoid placing food in the fridge until check-in.
