The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.
DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.

House in the woods
It was perfect for me or a couple would like it. Itās in the woods. Thereās a deck on the back where I sat and watched half a dozen deer saunter through the property. I like the touches and I also like the smart TV. The host was very helpful. Thank you, Erin and Thanks for a nice three days! when my wife and I come back next fall, we will surely stay here if itās available!

The property appears to be in a rural forested setting, but it is not isolated. It is scenic with large boulders among the trees. It was very quiet and I would say it is a comfortable apartment. It was clean.
