Being a Hilton Honors member, I frequently stay at Hilton hotels since they are reliably clean and comfortable. However while this property was clean enough, the bedding was not as expected. Old, hard mattresses, thin mattress covers, thin scratchy sheets. I was very disappointed in the comfort and quality of the beds. Otherwise this hotel is a great stay!

My stay was fine until I noticed I had an extra charge on my credit card that should not be there. I have reach out to resolve this issue but have had 1 response and nothing since. If I cannot get this charge removed from my credit card, I will have my bank remove it as fraud.

Our room was excellent and clean. The breakfast was amazing and has so many choices. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would change is that for the pack and plays, a sheet to fit would be provided. I didn’t want to lay my baby down on a mattress without a sheet. That’s unsanitary.

I booked a suite for 5 people, when we arrived, the room was outdated, no ventilation in the bathroom, only 3 bath towels, no pillows, sheets/blankets for the sofa. Bedroom area didn’t look clean, musty smell and bathtub was leaking. When you give the hotel advance notice, You expect your room to be ready for you but it wasn’t. Also forgot to mention that we also had to pay $12/night for parking…. It was my first time booking at the embassy suite having high expectations but it will also be my last time.

I liked the inside the lobby, fountain was awesome, glass elevator and fitness center the pool was big but it was to cold and i liked the inside of my room but didnt like the shower head or how the shower didnt drain quick enough. Pool towels seemed kinda worn out but the room towels were great the pillows were to small for a queen

DCI Murfreesboro stay
Hotel is overall good. I would know having been a guest nearly since it opened. It is showing some age and needs a refresh but nothing significant to prevent a pleasant stay.

They tried to charge me $25 for early check in. Mine you I drove for 4 hours to get here. Then they tried to charge me this bogus fee. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes & then let me check in with out any fee!!! Plus the room was very musty & the toilet did not work. Last time staying there for sure!!

Usually we have an excellent stay at Embassy Suites and even at this one. But we did not have a great experience this time. All the amenities were good but our room was not great. We arrived and our room and had an air handler fan in it drying out a wet spot. They promptly moved us to a new room. The fridge was not working properly and the fridge door did not shut (no suction). I reported it and I think they came in and turned on the fridge but it was pointless b/c the door would not stay shut. It also leaked water on the floor. Also, the A/C return (vent) was filthy which might explain why the room did not cool as well.

Outstanding customer service. Very quiet, even though there were many families with young children. The concierge evening event was fabulous and breakfast the next morning was abundant and tasty. Would stay again.
