It could be better
Other than shampoo, hair conditioner, and shower gel, there are no other items in the bathroom, and they will not provide shower caps or body lotion if one requests those items. A guest has to ask to have their room cleaned. This is not explained when one registers ; therefore no cleaned room the second day of your stay.

Lovely Hotel in a Great Location
What a lovely hotel in a great location! Staff was welcoming and helpful. Our room was beautiful and if I had any issue at all it would have been it was right next to Bay Street side so people walking by and traffic could be heard. It was not too bad however and our stay was excellent!

Great location. Bad service. It was impossible to have a bath since the water stopper was missed, and hotel staff cannot fix this and asked us to send an email to a manager. In this cost range there are much better hotels in the area.

I really enjoyed the hotel! Beautiful inside, rooms were very big and well decorated! IF I were to stay there again, I would never accept a room that wasnā€™t on the top floor! Our door was literally in the lobbyā€¦ so loud around the front desk! The room itself is also not very well sound insulated, old wooden floors above were so loud! Our room had a very stale/ musty smell the whole stay and the windows could not be opened! Bought some air freshener, problem solved temporarily! I really wanted to like this hotelā€¦
