This Folly Beach condo is the perfect spot for your next vacation! This unit offers you the perfect location for Folly Beach as well as the Charleston area. The condo sleeps eight with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is one king bed, one queen bed, and two sets of bunk beds. From the patio you can watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that Folly showcases everyday. You can even see dolphins swimming the Folly River! The condo is just steps from the complex swimming pool, tennis courts, and marina. The property sits on the Folly River and is less than a 15 minute walk to the Folly Beach pier and restaurants!

Clean and close to Charleston
The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the short walk to Folly Beach restaurants, the NYE drone show and the Flip Flop Drop. It was an easy drive to Charleston, which allowed us to enjoy the city without staying in the middle of town during one of the busiest times of the year. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Great location to Folly Beach. A short walk to downtown with shops and many restaurants. Half an hour from Charleston. The crowds were gone and it was a great time to go and explore.

We were very pleased with the location of this condo in Marinas Cay. It was convenient to travel to Folly Beach and Charleston. The condo had a modern decor, with up-to-date appliances, and comfy beds.

This was our first time to Folly Beach. We loved the location. Enjoyed the view out the back patio. We saw dolphins several times throughout the week which was so fun to see! We had so much space inside the rental. We enjoyed all the kitchen supplies provided. This unit had everything we needed. The pool was nice also. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderfull location on the Folly River with a peaceful view and a short walk into town and the beach. It was also very close to Charleston which we visited several times during our stay. The pool was very nice and never crowded. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities. The only drawback was that it could have been a bit cleaner. Overall it was a great stay.

Great place!
This was a great place to stay. The check in was good, the communication with the owners was good, the place was very clean, and the beds and pillows were amazing. Any issues that arose were dealt with speedily. You will not regret renting this place. It was so convenient to the city, Boone Hall and Patriots Point. It was a great stay.

Great condo. Good location. Excellent communication.
The accommodations were excellent. It is about a mile to the beach, but a small dock and waterway is directly behind the development. Everything you need for a great getaway is provided. Please be aware there are HOA agreements the owner requires to be signed over and above the VRBO agreement. That was the only negative attribute of our stay. We felt they were completely unnecessary. The owner was accommodating, had loads of local recommendations, and quick with answering any questions. We enjoyed our getaway with 2 of our grandchildren at Mariners Cay.

Perfect place to stay!
This condo is absolutely perfect! I can't think of one negative thing to say. They have thought of every possible thing you would need to be comfortable while staying. The condo is clean, beds comfy, great layout for a family, amazing location, and the owners are incredibly easy to communicate with. We enjoyed so many things about this condo but our favorite was definitely the evening stroll to downtown folly beach for dinner and sit on the pier, even our kids (teenagers) loved it. We will most definitely be coming back!

Fabulous Folly Beach
Very comfortable condo in a fabulous location! It’s an easy and short drive to all tourist things In Charleston. We really enjoyed our stay. Restaurants, bars, beach and grocery stores were within a 5-10 minute drive from the condo. The condo was clean, nice touches and the view from the patio was absolutely Amazing!

This is the perfect location to walk around Town of Folly and to the Beach. It was also a quick under 10 min uber ride into Charlotte. Very clean and loved watching the dolphin and the boats on the back patio. Owner and Manager very nice and helpful since we had plane delays and late check in. Highly Recommend

This was a great, clean property. We were very happy with this rental. The location is great if you enjoy a short, very doable walk to town. We loved walking back and forth for breakfast,etc. It is just a short walk across the bridge (scenic), to get to the heart of Folly Beach. You can always drive if you want to! The pool was closed for the season but we did use the tennis court which was a plus for our family. They do have a pickeball net if that interests you. Communications with owner were great! No complaints at all and hope to be back!!

Perfect place to stay in Charleston!!!
This place was so nice! It was perfectly located near EVERYTHING! The sunrises and sunsets were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It was so quiet and peaceful and felt like home. The condo was more than adequately stocked with linen, extra blankets, kitchenware, box fans and games! We highly recommend and plan on returning! One of my most favorite vacations I’ve ever been on. Stop looking, book this place now and you won’t regret it!

Overall, it was good.
There were a bit more hoops to jump through to book here than the last time we stayed there. This time I had to sign a lease, send my license plate and DL into etc. Check in was fine, the gate was open. Getting in touch with Robert is not easy. He does not always respond quickly and the phone number listed on VRBO is not his number. Lindsay was very responsive. When we arrived, there was dirty laundry in the kitchen floor, preaumably left by the last renter. A dirty dish in the sink, cream cheese in the fridge, and water left in a cooler. One bed was completely unmade. Its laundry was in the floor. I had to move the wet sheets out of the washer and move them to the dryer so they would not mold. I had to move the soiled used linens to the washer. Also a chair was broken and left in the middle of the living room with a note and cash from the previous renter. Most of the condo was clean so I guess maybe the cleaning crew had to leave early and never came back to finish the job. The back porch was hot even with the fan on. The windows did not open very far to allow air to move around. The back door on the porch did not lock, but thankfully the inner sliding door did.

the overall experience was amazing! the owner was super responsive to our questions and needs. My only concerns are about the surrounding property. The access code to initially enter the property did not work. We eventually just followed another car in. The pool did not get cleaned all week. By day 3 there was a ton of duck poop all around and in the pool. It got pretty gross. Our condo was beautiful though, no complaints at all!
