The room smelled like stale smoke. The toilet didn’t flush. The shower handle flopped to the hot or to the cold. The TV didn’t work. The place is in major need of renovating. I will never stay here again.

This property is very conveniently located to both the beaches and downtown Charleston as well as all Mt Pleasant has to offer. The staff was very friendly, especially the chef! Unfortunately the property is in need of a major renovation. The room was dark and dank with signs of disrepair. Carpet stains, poorly patched water stains on the ceiling and baldy beat up furnishings. It was just not an enjoyable place to return to after a day of beaching or sightseeing.

We were very unhappy that the pool was unavailable. We wanted to stay where there was a pool and close to the beach. If I would have known that the pool was unavailable I would have not paid to stay. I would have booked another hotel with a pool. Guest should be notified when the pool is not available.

I liked the front desk interaction. Very personable and helpful. I thought the doors and cabinets around refrigerator were really beat up looking. Upon checking in we had to move to another room as the toilet was very very slow and came to the top before actually starting to go down.
