Checked in, but they couldnā€™t find my 2nd room I reserved so they got us other. The guy made a photo copy of my license and my debt card. Okay awesome. Next day at breakfast, which wasnā€™t much, donā€™t let the online pictures fool you, there was hardly anything to eat, I check my bank account and it was almost drained. They charged me for the room, that they couldnā€™t find, but somehow managed to charge to my card along with our 2 rooms. A deposit, okay I can understand that and then two separate random charges. I talked to the guy behind the desk and he found the room that he couldnā€™t find last night and said he would refund me for it and then said he would refund me the deposit. Printed things out to show my bankers when we can get to them. Okay. Checked out a few hrs before we had to leave and skipped the breakfast. Waited and for some reason yesterday the 2 random charges got refunded, but not the unused room. Disputed charge because no sign of it being refunded after 4 days. They never had me swipe my card or sign anything. Do not trust this motel. Update: after the dispute being filed they immediately sent the refunds.

Booked a non smokingroom and were put in a smoking room. The smell was overwhelming. The room was dirty and in disrepair. Paint peeling and celling tile hanging down on the shower. Desk chair was stained with who knows what!!!

Checked in desk clerk said 103. Key didn't work in 103 but said 113. Key worked on 113. Found roackes in the room. Went to sleep. Around 11 pm someone tried to get onto the room. The phone didn't work to call the desk. A few minutes later someone banging on the door and got the door to open. Forced the door closed and called the desk on my cell. Lady answered and after stating im in 113, she yelled who are you why are you on there! I identified myself and she yelled who assigned you to that room? I said how would I know, and she hung up! The attempted breakin stopped. Went back to bed, but was awakened at every noise, checking the door and my vehicle. In the morning, we noticed the smoke detector base was thete, but the smoke detector was missing. Also there were only 2 towels for 3 travelers. We want the room fee refunded!!!
