Love the decorations and the ambiance for Christmas. The valet service was excellent. Unfortunately, the coffee and tea machine was broken on our floor which was an inconvenience for us because we like coffee a lot.

The TV in the room did not work and the check-in process was beyond horrendous and the worker at the front desk had no idea how to get me checked in and took her about 20 minutes to get me checked in. Also, the staff and the restaurant is pretty rude and I sat at the bar for almost 20 minutes just waiting to get a menu or even acknowledged.

This was my second time staying here and would stay here over and over again! Location is perfect! The rooms are beautiful, and the bed is so very comfortable. Love Frannie and the Fox as well. Would highly recommend!!

After a hellacious day of travel, we finally made it to Hotel Emeline and were warmly welcomed by the incredible staff. It was decorated so beautifully for the holidays and the rooms were clean, cozy, and well curated. Great location, great bar downstairs. Will stay here again and again when we come back to visit family!

I really enjoyed the many different areas to hang out and the theme of the hotel. The fresh fruit each day really fit the right spot. I also love its location I could walk everywhere. However, there were quite a few things broken that need maintenance.
