I didn't like checking in at 9:00 pm and finding out the shuttle service to the airport started at 7 am. I needed a shuttle due to having an early morning flight. Fortunately the manager is the one that checked me in and was gracious enough to get up early to take me to the airport after seeing the look of panic on my face. I was with my elderly in laws and did not want them having to drive me around looking for a hotel at that time of night that provided early shuttle service. They live a hour away from the airport which is the only reason I booked a hotel, so that they weren't driving me early in the morning. I was very upset and quite angry.

When I reached out to the hotel I was advised on how the shuttle service works. The gentleman whom picked me up was friendly and knowledgeable about the area as well as what place he says has the best seafood. Upon arrival to the hotel I was greeted by the women at the desk she advised they were booked and didnā€™t have the room I reserved available. Another woman whom was cleaning the breakfast area offered me to sit and watch the tv while I was waiting. After a few minutes or so I decided to go get some food. I asked where I could leave my luggage while I left, she directed me behind the reception desk. I took the walk to explore the area. Needless to say when I returned a room was available for me. If and when I return back to Charleston I will stay at this location.

I Would Stay Again!
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the location was perfect. My fiancƩ and I had an engagement photoshoot and the location was perfect to get to downtown. And to enjoy some shopping on our free time.
