Come enjoy the amazing views of this beautiful apartment that occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of this 3 story home that sits on a tidal river with private boat ramp near Folly Beach. Hang out on our brand new beautiful dock.
We provide a pass for free parks access and kayaks for your adventures or you can use your boat to explore the vast rivers and inlets leading to the ocean or the many restaurants in the Charleston area that have docking for boats.
Come for the beach, but stay for the views which are literally surrounded by breathtaking views of the river and marsh that wrap around 3 sides of the home. Bring your binoculars to view the many birds and other wildlife that make regular appearances at the house. Lounge on any of the 4 balconies including main deck with seating for 6, sunrise and sunset balconies, or the relaxing shaded balcony.
Prepare dinner for the family in the chef's kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances, that comes fully stocked with pots, pans and all the necessities for the cook in your household. The stainless gas grill on the main deck is always available to please.
After dinner relax in the living room featuring 50” smart streaming roku TV with premium cable and free WiFi, super comfy sofa and loveseat.
The master bedroom suit spans the entire 3rd floor and the most beautiful sunrises you've ever seen from your own personal balcony. It features brand new high end pillow top king mattress. You’ll think you’re sleeping on a cloud. It boasts wide open views of the surrounding river and marsh. Soak and melt away in the master bath's jacuzzi tub.
The first floor is a 1BR apartment and is a rental as well so if you need more space for a large family you can rent the entire house!

Last but certainly not least, guests also have access to their own private kayak tour guide and yoga instructor. Book with us and sign up for a private kayak tour or outside yoga class!

*Please note, the river is a tidal river and will dry out at low tide, pets must be approved prior to booking, weekend trips require a 3 night min stay or min booking fee unless attached to another reservation and we typically only book 3 months in advance to insure rates are updated. We stayed in this property for Parents Weekend at The Citadel. It was a short drive back and forth to The Citadel. The views of this property were amazing. There is a Harris Teeter close by. The manager was easy to work with, and we loved the property.

The condo is exactly as described. Everything you need is provided. We caught few fishes right at the deck and lots of blue crabs. The bicycle needs some tlc so we didn’t use it. But over alll we loved it and definitely we’ll be back.

Our family enjoyed our stay, the house is large and had everything we needed for the entire week. Loved the view, the bikes and kayaks and the location was great! We grilled fish several nights because there is a place 2 minutes away called Crosby's to buy fresh seafood. Took less than 10 minutes to drive to the beach and they provided free parking! A few places we really recommend are: Lolo's Seafood, Taco Boy, Page's Okra Grill, Kiss Cafe and Millers all Day (there is a very cool shop and old theatre you must go explore if you eat at Millers. We hope to stay again next year.

Everything you need and more!!!
This property is centrally located between Charleston and Folly Beach! It has so many amenities. The dock and the kayaks were a highlight, but a pass for parking and beach access is also included, which is a great money saver. The neighborhood is lovely for walks and for bike rides! The views were absolutely stunning, especially the sunrises, which we enjoyed while drinking our coffee and tea. The wildlife is plentiful, even dolphins come to visit by the dock. The location of the house is so close to all of the restaurants and grocery stores. Thr house is cozy and has all the comforts of home. I’ve never had so paper products and bathroom supplies (shampoos, conditioners, and lotions) supplied for me before this. The owner is amazing and communicates very well! He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect!

We love Folly and this Riverfront Apartment. We have stayed here multiple times, and have never been dissapointed! The apartment is well stocked and always clean and inviting! Todd is amazing. We had a wonderful stay here. It is just as described and included bikes and kayaks. We enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and sunrises. The location is perfect; just a short drive to the beach or downtown for fun and sightseeing. I will be back.

WOW! AMAZING PLACE TO STAY!
This was one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. I am used to bringing/buying all my supplies in rentals. It was super nice and stocked. There was a cabinet full of seasonings, extra trashbags, laundry soap, fabric sheets, dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, ziplock bags, and even parchment paper. I was able to cook dinner as if I was in my own home. However, this place had a much better view! We all enjoyed the coastal river and all the different birds we were able to enjoy. There is a shelf with games and books to enjoy. THERE WERE KAYAKS AND BIKES TO ENJOY. We took advantage of those every day. There were 3 nice bikes for adults and 2 kids bikes. The neighborhood was great. I LOVED this place and so did my kids. If we make it back to this area, we will definitely be staying here!

Our family made fun memories in this beautifully located home over a dreary March weekend. The listing was accurate and the home was comfortable for the 5 of us. Thanksgiving Family Vacation
Great house to enjoy with our adult kids over Thanksgiving break. The house was comfortable and spacious for all of us. Awesome and interesting views to watch the tide come in and out. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment for a Thanksgiving dinner, even if we went the untraditional route and grilled out steak on the fantastic grill. This was our first visit to the Charleston area and found it to be very convenient for getting downtown. Oh and if you are looking for Holiday things to do, the James Island County Park Festival of Lights has a fantastic Holiday light display and festival.

Nice place. Stayed with family including our two year old and my older in-laws with mobility issues. A little hard for the older individuals with the stair but it was manageable. Great view! We did experience an unexpected storm (hurricane level rain without the hurricane) it did flood all the parking area, thankfully we only had one vehicle and it fit at the top of the driveway. Which the weather was nicer so we could have checked out the kayaks. The place was clean and had basic kitchen supplies. If you need any special cooking supplies, bring them with you. It was well stocked with the essential like toilet paper, soap, dish and laundry soap, mini shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc. Owner responded to messages quickly. We would stay there again if coming to this area.

Wonderful Experience!
We stay in a VRBO usually once a year when attending Parents Weekend at The Citadel. We have had great experiences. This one was the best. The credit for that goes to our host Todd who was "Johnny on the spot" anytime we had a question or needed anything. The view of this property was magnificent. Having kayaks made for some memorable trips up the creek where we saw many dolphins. The bikes allowed us to ride to the beach and over to some historic sites. The house itself was clean, well ordered, and very comfortable. Our favorite thing was the high caliber service we received. WE WILL BE BACK!
